I’m more than impressed. I only got one item. But I will be purchasing more. I purchased a silk skirt. And it fits nice. The biggest problem I have with online shipping is sizing. But I had no issues. The fabric is really nice.

Shipping comes from china. So when it first ships, you can’t really track but once it arrives in USA, you can ship it with usps, I believe. The shipping is not slow in my experience. Some brand within USA take more time that quince shipping from china. So I’m happy with that too.

Customer Service is terrible! I had a Quince return boxed up and accidentally put the return label on a Jenni Kane box that had just arrived!! My fault! I immediately emailed One Quince to let them know the mix up and also started a chat on the website. They were aware of the issue and said they would alert the warehouse and said the return label would show my information and they would know when they scanned the items that they were not from Quince. Since the box was a never opened shipment from JK it would be very obvious that the wrong box was sent. I then sent them the correct box of returns (all in original packaging) which they processed as a return just fine.
I did not hear back from them and emailed several times. I was told that all returns were put in a "donation bin" and they didn't know where my return was. I emailed and asked for a call from the wharehouse manager as well as called and left a message (you can not get someone to answer the customer service phone). I never got a call or an email back. The Jenni Kane box was worth $1350.00! Including gifts, clothing and household items. The employees knew immediately that this was not a One Quince return, would have known immediately that a mistake had been made! I am very sure my JK items did not get donated but got taken home by the employees! I WAS a One Quince customer and that is how I was treated. That I never got a call back, never even got an email or an acknowledgement or compensation is not acceptable. Unfortunately there is not a place to leave a google review!! My mistake for sending the wrong box, but shame on them for STEALING from their own customers!!!!!!!

Over the last year I've ordered cashmere sweaters, linen shirts, and a merino cardigan from Quince. The quality is very good for the price point and the fit is generally good. There are occasional issues with sleeves being oddly long or narrow but, returns have been problem free when on several occasions I've had to return an item. What really ruins an otherwise pleasant shopping experience is their horrible shipping. Order dispatch appears to be prompt but there seem to be multiple shippers involved in delivery which leads to all kinds of problems. Once the item is shipped you receive a tracking email. The information in it is essentially useless as it takes multiple days for information to even show and tracking details are rarely updated. Shipping is also slow and it's impossible to determine when your items will arrive. I understand Quince is trying to keep costs down but I would rather pay for shipping that gets my items to me in an efficient and timely manner. Unfortunately, such poor shipping performance will impact any future orders I might make with Quince.

Was a bit skeptical. The jacket arrived and it was high quality, but just was an odd fit for me. The return and refund was fast and seamless

I am in no way, shape, or form, affiliated with Quince. I am however surprised by all of the negative reviews. I have only had positive experiences with Quince. The products I have purchased have more than surpassed my expectations. I have purchased 3 pairs of pants, 2 linen shirts, 1 chambray shirt, and a whole slew of sweaters (cotton and cashmere). And get this, I plan on purchasing more.

My only complaint is that I do wish they had more inclusive sizing.

This is a scam bussiness, stay away. they do not deliver, their tracking links never work. no customer service or working emails whatsoever. they are fraud basically.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! This was the worst experience ever. First I made an order then they cancelled it because it turns out they were out of stock. Then the next two orders got lost or delayed. Each time I asked for a shipping update I was given different information. The tracking number said my order was shipped to the wrong address. Customer service takes long to get back. I just wish I bought something else and saved my time and money.

The clothes are ok. I have ended up with a couple cute things that seemed quality, but the sizing of other items were way off. Much too large or much too small.

More of the issue is customer service. Both times I ordered from them shipping was a disaster. Took weeks to arrive, no correct tracking info, then no help from their “care” team whatsoever. Any time I emailed, the response was the same then totally contradictory to the website guidance on shipping times. No help at all from Quince. I won’t order from them again.

So Quince is awesome in a post pandemic world. I do not think the quality holds up against the companies they consider competitors. That said, Even Everlane doubled the cost of their T-shirts and decreased quality- enough was enough. Quality for Quince is better than stores like old navy. The styles are classic. Will I be wearing my sweaters for 4 years like I do with some prepandemic Everlane and madewell items? Absolutely not. But are they good for the cost? Yes!! The supply chain is garbage right now and Quince has emerged as a solid alternative to money grubbing direct to consumer companies. Their shipping is terrible- DHL is the worst- and once I got tracking from India, but it arrives, looks 90% of what it should based on model photos (colors are usually off) and it’s good for a season at least.

I own 7 cashmere sweaters, 3 cotton sweaters, a cashmere cardigan, 2 linen pants, 1 linen shirt, 1 silk skirt, and 1 cashmere throw and had absolutely NO problem trying on and returning the 2 linen tanks that didn’t fit. This company also replaced 2 cashmere sweaters that shrank when washed. Their customer service department is very quick to answer questions or any concerns regarding quality or fit. The only negative is that they don’t offer expanded sizes for those of us who are size 16 or larger. This is something they are working on according to their customer service agents who emailed me regarding every single review I posted asking for them to expand the sizes offered.

I’ve ordered around 4 times now from Quince for myself and gifts, and I remain impressed with the quality. This company is a great alternative to Everlane; their prices are lower for similar items, also with a transparency focus, and have sustainability/fair labor statements. I like that they have home items and jewelry in addition to clothing, making it a one-stop shop for especially giftable items.

The clothing I have bought has held up really well and are timeless/minimalist enough that I reach for those pieces again and again.

My last order, I got some jewelry for my friend’s birthday, and the quality of the necklace for $40 was excellent. It came in a beautiful velvet-lined box. I did notice there was quite a bit of packaging for this order, like plastic baggies for the jewelry items, rather than just placing it in the box. I don’t think they’re super duper green based on this, but it’s again very comparable to Everlane’s green-washed marketing practices.

I recommend this company to my friends. Always impressed with the quality, price, and fast shipping. A true delight!

I am really surprised by all the negative reviews. I have been ordering from this company for years now (cashmere sweaters, wool, fleece, silk PJs and pillowcases, bamboo sheets, candles) and have been pleased with the quality of my purchases and thrilled with the price. I have returned items, too, without any trouble. Their cashmere won't be quite as nice as a $500 sweater, but the quality is very good and the prices are unbeatable.

The quality of the clothing is dubious. I legitimately thought that I fell for a drop shipping scam because of how terrible the quality was. It felt like something you can get off of Shein. There were loose threads everywhere and the fabric itself felt cheap and uncomfortable.

I going to try and return a majority of the clothes that I bought but you guys should be warned about their return policy. It's especially stringent. Sure they claim that you have 365 days to return it but that only benefits the procrastinators in the world that haven't even taken it out of the packaging it was shipped in. The garments have to be unworn and unwashed with the full tags and packaging it came in. I took it out of the original packaging to try on and I wouldn't be surprised if I get rejected. Even though I haven't taken the tags off of it and I haven't washed it, every single garment came in a plastic bag you have to tear to open. So according to their guidelines, me trying on the garment for 30 seconds to see the fit already broke their criteria for returns because I destroyed the plastic bag it came in and it was worn for less than a minute.

(While the rest of my review from this point forward is based off of speculation, I still feel that it is important to mention since it involves a core reason as to why some of us bought clothes from Quince. Please keep that in mind and take it with a grain of salt.)

They have absolutely nothing backing up their claims of being ethical or sustainable. I have a feeling that their "transparent pricing" is just a trick to make you pay top dollar for something that's produced out of a sweatshop. I don't believe for a second that what they advertise on their "transparent pricing" section is what they actually pay for the clothes because the quality of the clothes are so poor.

There are certifications clothing companies can get to back up their claims of being ethical and sustainable but they provide no proof of it. They just tell us to take their word on it. I will gladly pay more money for clothes that come from an ethical and sustainable source but it looks like that was all lip service from Quince and that there is no substance in that claim. Let's imagine that there is a possibility that they lied to us and that they weren't paying their workers living wages and that the materials weren't sourced from sustainable places. Then it wouldn't be hard to imagine that their "transparent pricing" section is one big ruse and that it actually costs them way less than what they claim. I'm just saying that if they don't have any proof of their positive claims then why should we trust them in different areas like the "transparent pricing"? They've already failed in their promise of quality garments. What other promises are they failing to deliver on?

For silk at this quality you cannot beat the price. I love the silk pajamas and will try other products. As far as the company itself, I felt that the products arrived on time and as described in secure packaging. I would happily buy again for myself and as gifts.

This is a great company. They offer free 365 day returns... That is insane. We got our bedding including our comforter, duvet cover and sheets as well as some cashmere items. I've been very pleased with everything.
