Horrible quality! I bought silk PJ which got huge hole on like third wear! I was so gentle with them too, I never wore them around the house just my bed. All cashmere items turned into crap. The lounge cotton sets looked gross after two washes. Just no.

I've encountered numerous questionable businesses this year, and unfortunately, Quince seems to fall into that category. Their approach to offering a coupon code for new customers is highly frustrating. They advertise a $20.00 coupon for the first purchase, prompting you to enter your email to receive it. However, once you've provided your email, they then require you to sign up with texts, which, in my opinion, feels like a deceptive tactic.

I followed through with the process, only to receive an error message stating that my IP address in the browser is preventing me from obtaining the coupon code. While I understand that businesses may want to make it somewhat challenging for users to obtain discounts, spending 30 minutes just to figure out how to acquire a $20 coupon code is unacceptable. This experience has led me to caution against doing business with this company. Their system appears to be designed in a misleading manner, and if they're employing deceptive tactics even before making your first purchase, it's best to steer clear.

TERRIBLE QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY! the washable silk is beautiful but not stitched well the 3rd time i wore pajama pants there was a large hole in the seam. They do not refund/return there is a $35 restocking fee. Don't waste your $ this is a total rip off I bought pajama pants & shirt love the feel but the pants are now useless in less than a week for $80.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a pair of pants and the waist in the hips felt great and I wore it out a few times. Each time it felt ‘off’ and I finally put my finger on it: the pants legs felt different on each side. It turned out one was 3/4” longer than the other side. I reached out to customer service, telling them what was wrong, and they required multiple photos in order for me to prove indeed the pants legs were different lengths. After a few back-and-forth’s, they said they would be sending me a new pair. That was on June 16. My replacement pair never arrived. I emailed customer service a few times, and each time they asked that I wait a few more days until my order arrived. Well, it never arrived, and I reached out to them via the chat bot. I was told they would have to ”look into” the matter before deciding what to do next. This is ridiculous. I have purchased so many items on the site before.

I have been shopping with One Quince for a few years and am mostly very happy.
I just ordered 2 linen dresses and they came in a few days.
I have had NO ISSUES with RETURNS.
I ALWAYS get my money back and its free shipping.
Higher quality than most for this price point.
Customer service is hard to reach but does not bother me since returns are easy!

So far I haven't ordered yet, but will. Regarding all the complaints regarding shipping time, when I order from a new company, it is usual to receive a tracking no. But that number is for where the product is being shipped from. They update the delivery when it has left the country shipped from and reached the USA. Get used to it everyone! You will receive your product in about 3-4 weeks as is stated on their website when you add business days to shipping from the country of origin, i.e. India, Spain; China. My date of experience is date I saw all the complaints on shipping.

Ok quality, FAKE reviews. I bought some pants that turned out to be ok quality. I left a 3 star review with photo. They used my photo, edited my review, and CHANGED IT TO 5 STARS. Do not trust their reviews.

I’ve ordered several items from Quince, chiefly clothing and accessories. Excellent quality and service, with swift shipping. Couldn’t be more pleased with the styling, materials and workmanship.

Overall really positive experience. I ordered 4 items in September, I don't recall how long the shipping took.

Items were of good quality in my opinion. I sent back 2 items in April this year (unworn and with tags still attached). Didn't have to pay for shipping and received the money back pretty much immediately.

I placed an order on Quince recently. I purchased their blackout curtains and I decided to check the tracking status one full day after ordering. I noticed the tracking said DHL which I knew was based out of India. This caught me off guard and I was a little worried. Because if I had known they would be shipped directly out of India, I don’t think I would’ve placed the order. I decided to look up quince reviews online and found this site. Reading the reviews made me so nervous about my order, I emailed the company to try and cancel my order. I even tried to open a claim with PayPal! The company (quince) emailed me right back! She said they couldn’t cancel because too much time had passed so I just let it go. Well, today I received my curtains! They arrived a day sooner than expected and they’re beautiful! Completely blackout and true to color! The only flaw I could note was an odd tiny stain near the bottom but I’m not bothered by it. I think from time of purchase to delivery was 7 days!! I’m posting this review so if anyone is worried like I was, they can take a deep breath!

I‘ve ordered several clothing items from Quince, the quality is great and prices are fair. I returned some clothes recently and everything went smoothly, not sure why all the negative reviews honestly.

Cheap quality, fake/unethical reviews. I left a negative review and they removed the photo, tried to get me to change it, and then blocked my account from leaving another review.

I got my order in a decent amount of time. Reading the reviews, it must have been the circumstances around Christmas that were a problem, I wonder if the problems with international shipping were a factor. I didn't have high hopes because I ordered a down jacket for $50 and a cashmere sweater for $50, and I think I got what I paid for. Haven't tested them yet because the weather just turned warm. The jacket is very very light but seems to be ok quality. The cashmere sweater is moderate quality, matched to the price, it is thin (1-ply vs 2-ply) and does not feel as soft against the skin as more expensive cashmere I have bought but not itchy, it does the job for what I bought it for.

Their linen is fabulous but the cashmere is not - it pills and seems cheap.

Terrible fit, cashmere is thin. I ordered several sweaters and the sizing was off on all of them. Some were huge, some too big. They need to get it together.

1st time buyer. The hoodie exceeded my expectations in it's quality, esp surprised at even the zipper and that it locks. The seams are well constructed. The black polyester fabric has a slight sheen and very soft, which I like. It was a great value. I did have to wait 9 days for shipping, but I am perfectly ok with that. I will order again, as so far, so good. I would like to comment on folks who purchased ladies cashmere sweaters and complained about the quality, as I noticed the prices on most are super low. There are different grades of cashmere, and I definitely wouldn't expect to get high end cashmere for around $50 as I saw the majority of ladies sweaters priced at, so probably grade C. Grade A is the highest quality and most expensive. At Garnet Hill, you would be paying closer to $200. Just my two cents.

I've read a variety of reviews about this company and hesitated to place an order, but decided to take the plunge after seeing all their 5-star reviews on their website (which I now view as highly suspicious). My order did arrive very quickly and all at once. The quality of the clothing, though, is another story. They present themselves as producing high quality items at reasonable prices, but the items I purchased, while very comfortable, are lacking: The "cashmere sweater" is not cashmere, or at least doesn't feel like any cashmere I have ever touched; pants advertised as, well, pants are loungewear--you would not want to wear them out of the house; a pair of joggers, while cute and comfortable, are made of very low quality material; another pair of work pants appears to be ok, but you can feel that they were cheaply made (with cheap material). I should have known better: If it looks/sounds too good to be true, it is. This is cheap clothing advertised as quality.

I ordered a darling 100% organic cotton maxi dress, but unfortunately it was a bit small on the shoulders for me and had to return/exchange for a large size. But I am sure that if I had read all the negative comments here, I probably wouldn’t have ordered from this company. But I am here to say, my experience so far it’s been very pleasant. I ordered the cashmere pants and hooded jacket both cashmere, and i loved them! And Randall at customer service was lovely and very helpful when I called for an exchange request. I will continue ordering from Quince. And yes, I will recommend them.

In fall 2022, I ordered a navy down hooded coat size M. I was overjoyed to find an affordable coat of its type ($79!). I was seeking to replace my old (12 years!) Patagonia coat with a hooded version that didn't cost at least $300. Most all of my outerwear is made by Patagonia and has lasted and lasted. The 12 year old Patagonia down coat (without a hood), was beginning to lose a bit of down at pockets and a few other pressure points but otherwise has stood up amazingly well. The Quince coat has one downfall: the lack of sturdiness of the zipper "launch" location, as well as the zipper track and teeth. Each time I have worn the coat, the zipper splits at the bottom and the coat ends up split most of the way, allowing cold air to rush in, totally defeating the point of wearing a coat at all. If I could attach a photo here, it would tell the story completely. If Quince could beef up the zipper quality even if raising the price slightly), it would be a top notch item deserving 5 *****. I love the whole concept of Quince and what they are trying to do, but will not order another product until they address this problem.
