Very poor service and a frustrating experience.

I sent all requested documents over promptly, but the process was extremely slow and I constantly had to chase for updates. After more than 8 days I was still waiting for a decision in principle that never arrived.

I was repeatedly told “I’ll get it done tonight” or given assurances that things were moving forward, but nothing actually happened. When dealing with something as important as a mortgage, clear communication and reliability are essential.

The service may work for very straightforward applications, but based on my experience the follow-up and urgency simply were not there. I eventually lost confidence and would not recommend.

My mortgage application was quite complex as my income is mainly from Company Dividends. Richard Davidson worked through all the issues and requirements and connected me with a suitable lender. After the introduction he continued to communicate well and remained pro-active. I could not fault any aspect of the service!! :)

Mr Richard Fowler, has been very professional throughout the whole process of transferring product from my personal name and into the limited company. I recommend Richard as he has shown knowledge and understanding.

Sheridan and Jenna were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. They were both very knowledgeable in what they were doing, and nothing was too much trouble. Communication during the process was great and this made the whole process very stress free.

We were recommended to use Ben Lawson and so glad we did. Ben is very personable, helpful and made the process very easy for us. We were concerned about being able to get a mortgage given my partner is self employed, however Ben advised exactly what we needed, told us not to worry and arranged a mortgage to suit our needs. He took all the stress away for us. We will be seeking his advice again when this fixed period is over. We would highly recommend.

Stephen was a great knowledgeable advisor who told it to me straight and gave good insight into the mortgage nuances towards my end goals. He was clear, direct and helpful during our consultation.

I’ve used a number of mortgage advisors over the years, but since working with Sheridan and Jenna, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’m now on my 4th mortgage application with them, and every experience has been smooth, professional, and stress-free. Sheridan always finds great deals, and Jenna keeps everything moving quickly with excellent communication throughout.

I have used OMA to sort my life out. I wanted to remortgage my buy to let to release equity to fund a deposit oj a new mortgage. Let me tell you, I am countung my lucky stars after discovering Richard and Victoria, they have been superheros, guiding me seamlessly through 2 mortgages. I have ADHD and find reading forms and finding information highly stressful and difficult. No matter, I told Richard and next thing I knew I had easy to follow, detailed steps on where I needed to look to get the right info, a total life saver, really cannot stress how important that was for me. Any questions, and Richard has the right info at his fingertips, ready to deliver it in his calm, reassuring manner.

Although all online/over the phone I still received a very personal service - better than some Mortgage Advisors I have seen in the past in person! Sheridan was great and found a great deal for me, in what was not a straight forward case.

Ish and April were absolute superstars.

Dealing with Ish was a pleasure in itself, he is a very professional and experienced mortgage broker who was able to explain the various different offers on the table for me. He found me a fantastic offer which resulted in an acceptance. April then dealt with the admin after that and guided me through the process of obtaining an EPC in order for mortgage to be approved. They were both superstars and I've now decided to use them again for my residential mortgage.

Professional service with good advice about options (and what to avoid) along the way. As an expat, my case wasn't straight forward, with few banks/building societies willing to take on the challenge. Scott found one regardless!

Mark was incredibly responsive, replying quickly even outside normal hours. He was very hardworking and proactive throughout my non-standard case.
