Mark O'Connor has provided excellent service throughout. He took the time to listen to my requirements, explain the process and the jargon - something I really appreciated as a first time buyer. He identified options meeting my requirements at the best rates and took the time to talk through the illustrations with me, before I confirmed I wanted to apply for the mortgage. He arranged the mortgage swiftly after receiving the necessary documentation from myself. He has always explained his fees up front and been very reasonable in that regard.

As I own my house and have no dependents I decided to have a look at Equity release, I read a few reviews and eventually got it touch with David Farrell, he was very pleasant and professional about the procedure and explained everything clearly before making an appointment to see me. He came and explained everything in detail to me and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
