Very fast delivery and excellent product
Very fast delivery. Product was perfect and could be installed in minutes as I am replacing a noisy one with the new one. Just using finger to unscrew the old and then screw the new. Surprisingly quiet after installation.
Gave 5 star because fast delivery and excellent product work as a treat.

Didn't supply the goods
Didn't supply the goods. Didn't reply to email enquiries. I am having to issue a chargeback on the credit card to get my money back.
Then they send me an invitation to review - stunning!
Save yourself the trouble. Buy somewhere else.
Update: The parent company followed up quickly, resolved the problem. Things are difficult at the moment, so it is only fair to update the review. Onlinepumpsupplies should do better, but at least the main company's customer service is quick off the mark.

The small pump insulation kit was part of an outstanding stock order from the manufacturer that did not arrive as advised, this when associated with our final warehouse re-location over Xmas meant our communication was poor. I understand that our customer services team have contacted you to further explain and take further action.

Poor service
Firstly, I was not informed that a unit was out of stock then a failed delivery from this company cost us a job. Although I was assured a pump would be on site for a specific day, it was 3 days late and no explanation has been given even though I requested this failure be investigated, no response has been received.

Over priced item and extortionate P&P
£29 cost for 5 pieces of sponge no bigger than 3x2cm that’s £5:80 each and to top it off a charge of £7 postage and packaging. Take it out of the box and put it in a Jiffy bag, wild guess but probably cost no more than a £1. Couldn’t find these anywhere else so obviously held to ransom!!😡

We were sorry to read that you felt 'held to ransom' for the supply of the filters for your Sololift.
The filters are an engineered reticulated open cell foam impregnated with carbon to aid with the removal of odours - not just a piece of sponge.
The price is set by the manufacturer but we do discount this as much as possible.
We deliver via a 'signed for' (restrictions allowing) service provided by DPD as we are not able to ship goods via Royal Mail.
We make our costs and methods as transparent as possible.

Misleading
Misleading. They accepted my order for a pump for next day delivery, only to be telephoned on the day of delivery that they had no stock and it would be 3 or 4 days! At least the payment was refunded promptly.

Ordered a pump on line and paid for…
Ordered a pump on line and paid for next day delivery then got a call to say no stock but that they should have delivery in a day or two. I asked them to let me know when they had one for despatch which they did the following day. I received the pump 8am the following day. They also refunded the next day delivery premium. A shame the website doesn’t show ‘out of stock’ and allows you to order next day delivery when they don’t have the item. Having said that, overall their response was brilliant. I would certainly use them again.
