very poor service
1. The delivery guy asked me to offload all 10 tables including 2 pallets from the truck , he didn't even agree to deliver it to the doorstep.
2. tables pre made screw holes were not matching with the legs. I provided the pictures and proof but customer service stopped responding.
I spent £200 on a handyman call out which he was not able to assemble the table.
previously ordered tables from different suppliers and didn't have these issues. tables were matched with legs and they even delivered inside the building.

Great experience from start to finish.
This was our second order in the past 3 years for office furniture. Website is easy to use and the 'download basket' function is very handy.
I had a question about some of the products, so i emailed and got a response really quickly.
very happy with the experience and we will definitely use again in the future.

The product looked good but service totally unacceptable. Delivery date passed without comment from supplier.. You did not call to explain the position until asked. You failed to meet your delivery commitment with no apology offered. It was not the factory that lost this sale. It was sales staff lack of interest for the customer and not being open and honest. Had you been so the sale might still have gone ahead but were not so business goes elsewhere

I purchased a desk for my Son on Monday 13th March and arrived on Wednesday 15th March. Website was very informative and detailed.

The communication via SMS and email was fantastic, I was kept informed throughout the process. The delivery driver was very polite and professional. The desk was really easy to setup and the quality is of great quality (it was not cheap tak) and was easy to setup. I would 100% recommend Online Reality and will definitely be using their services again.

Great Customer Service - Ordered sample of table tops which arrived within a few days! We then placed our order which we knew would be a possible 4 - 6 weeks delivery due to the quantity ordered. We had a call from the driver when he was on his way with the delivery and this was well within the 4 - 6 week window. Can not fault the service or the items - Would definitely recommend and would use again..

Fraud. Don't bother. Don't even think these desks exist they always seem to be 2 weeks away.

I recently bought an avalon 1600 x 800 fixed pedestal desk in Rustic with the extra high mobile drawer set for my home office. From the beginning online reality were excellent. I received colour samples in the post to help me make my selection and had a few phone calls with sales that were very knowledgeable and helpful. The desk arrived in the time period that was quoted and was installed by their own installation team. I'm really pleased with the quality of the desk and it looks great, I will not hesitate to recommend and use them again in the future.
