Like the title says, this company is chasing me for a few hundred pound debt which is over 20 years old. The debt was called a loss by the company I borrowed off a long time ago, after 6 years the debt is statute barred, meaning it is no longer enforceable by the courts unless I make let’s say a £1 payment on which then reactivates this debt. If your debt is 6 years old or over and you haven’t paid just forget it, block their numbers and even get a letter sorted for harassment.

recently have been getting phone calls…
recently have been getting phone calls and texts from this company never heard of them before, and def never had any kind of account with them before, keep blocking there number but keep phoning and texting my on different landlines and even mobile numbers. never received any information from them in post of email what is about. i know have no debts in default at moment. so god knows what kind of scam there running. scared for people who might fall for this and lose money to them. have kept screen shot of latest text. never will answer them as all it feels like is a scam , even my phone says is possible scame
