Outstanding help from two agents
Outstanding help from two agents, wanted to settle dad's electric, etc. Only disappointing thing is it taking TEN BUSINESS DAYS to reply back. I'm using email, not pigeon post. Ten days is a bit ridiculous to reply, especially as I wanted to pay this bill - someone please expedite and let me know when I can pay the balance?

How are these fake 5* reviews allowed…
How are these fake 5* reviews allowed on this platform? It must be illegal what they are doing and creating fake reviews in a bid to make themselves look good.
They obtain your personal data through illegal methods, harass you with text messages and calls and think it’s okay. You tell them to stop and they don’t.
They will never get conversation out of me let alone a penny of my money. Their scare tactics don’t work and they’re more scammers than a legitimate business. I hope they get shut down. If I receive one more call or message I will be filing a case and reporting them to the FCA for harassment. Blocking them does nothing as they contact you from a new number. Absolute parasites.

Reporting to FCA
Out of the blue have started receiving emails, texts and calls from OPOS Limited.
It starts off with an email asking if it is you, and encouraging whomever received the email to get in touch with them (if they have any useful information) and help them find you, if it wasn't you. I'm sure this is a breach of GDPR etc?
So texts, offers of discounts, emails, phone calls but they never actually say what it is for or give you an amount. If you look at their responses to reviews, they talk a lot about protecting customer data and confidentiality, yet in their first contact are quite happy to ask for other people to get in touch with your contact information!
What is concerning is that they are obviously chasing something which is ancient and/or disputed and has been statute barred for years. The fact they are buying packages of alleged debts and customer data, for fractions of a penny in the pound, and start the process of harassment despite having no permission from you to process your data or give you the information you need to deal with it quickly suggests it is just an attempt to scare people into paying.
Unless OPOS removes my data and ceases all contact I'll be reporting them to the FCA.
