Carly is always so pro active - keeps me fully informed and meets deadlines

I was particularly pleased that Carly Fallows was able to assist in completing and dispatching the information I required promptly and efficiently, as I was under pressure to complete a long and drawn-out property sale. All this on a Friday afternoon with a deadline looming. Carly was good-humoured and helpful.

We are trying to transfer our pension out to another provider since August. They only reply once in 2 months and are absolutely incompetent. Stay far far away from them and never trust them with anything. At this speed if I am lucky I will get my money next year in the summer.

Fairly prompt response by email or if requested, by phone.

I needed a copy of a lease agreement as my copy was tatty and the team sorted it immediately and I now have a pristine clean one to read at my leisure!! They also alerted me to the fact that a rent review was available which prompted me into action. A good job well done!

If i could get to zero stars i would, the most horrendous customer service i have ever experienced. I have even been igonred when making a request to pay money in!! I am an employer and would highly reccomend you go anywhere but these people for workplace pension solutions.

Absolutely appalling. 11 months ago i started the process of transferring my funds to another scheme and it still hasn't been completed. Customer service and communications is atrocious. Completely shambolic.
