Easy to use website but more importantly great instant customer service with Liam via their chat messenger which popped up on my screen at the right moment. The fastest and most efficient on-line experience I have ever had.

Fantastic Customer Service!

Loved all the stock on the website, but one item in particular I wanted was out of stock, so a member of staff, Liam emailed me and managed to source one for me very efficiently. I was expecting to wait a couple of months as the item was not the easiest thing to find but I ended up only waiting for about 14 days.

The website is lovely, the service was impressive and Liam responded to my emails promptly and was very attentive. I would 100% shop here again and would definitely recommend it to a friend :)

Opumo is a great website with truly fantastic customer service. I contacted them to discuss a specific order and Liam bent over backwards to arrange my order plus arranged amazingly speedy delivery, frequently coming back to me to follow up on my order. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Opumo. They have a wide variety of collection and most important of all, they have a super reliable and helpful customer service. I had a small setback with my order, which was immediately taken care of within a day. I would most definitely revisit Opumo.

Doubled the price of an item after I had purchased it, then claimed it was a pricing 'mistake'. Refused to ship the item, despite me having paid for it at the price it was advertised at on their website.
Customer service was slow in responding and unhelpful, blaming the 'startup' nature of their company for being unable to fulfill the transaction.

Not only do Opumo stock pretty much every brand I love, but their customer service (as I found out today) is second to none.

I wanted to order a new pair of shoes but they were out of stock so I messaged customer services to find out when they would be restocked. I spoke with Liam who actually managed to find me a pair that I could buy immediately instead of waiting 2 months for the restock. Unfortunately there was a system error but Liam talked me through the order over the phone including discount codes and made it super straightforward.

On top of all this, they also have a great loyalty scheme called The Club. You essentially earn money back every time you order from them. They also give money off for referring a friend too.

Basically you just need to sign up and reap the rewards. It’s even better that it’s run by a team of genuinely helpful and friendly people.

Had a little hiccup with a purchase but managed to get it all resolved - Liam was extremely helpful and got a suitable solution sorted, despite the fact I sent him one or two grumpy emails! Would definitely recommend the company due to the brilliant customer service and response times.

After ordering the wrong size in a pair of shoes(my mistake), the guys at Opumo were a pleasure to deal with, when arranging my returns. They sent me out my correct size, with a complimentary note and follow up email to see if everything went smoothly. Top service - Would definitely recommend.

I had a (very minor) issue with a delivery from a manufacturer and Liam responded incredibly quickly, exceedingly helpfully and went above and beyond; not only to rectify the problem but to surpass my expectations.
The products were fantastic and delivered quickly too. I don't hesitate a moment to recommend them and will definitely use again.
