Great product and customer service, I had a slight error in what I received but the OPUMO team were quick to rectify the problem. Would highly reccomend.

Brilliant products and brilliant service,particularly after the sale when I had to return one of the items. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
Trust me , look at their website , they have coolest and well researched products from clothing to lighting to motorcycles.

Customer service was amazing, very quick and friendly replies from Victor. The shoes were meant to take 2-3 weeks to ship and so I emailed to ask if they had them in stock which luckily they did! They were then shipped with next day delivery at no extra cost. Combining this with the fact they had the cheapest price I could find, buying with opumo really was a great experience.

Maybe the best customer service I've had from an online store. Liam (Who seems like a bit of a god from these reviews) sorted out my issue in a snap. Can't argue with that really!

I had placed an order and hadn't received any information on delivery. Liam picked up my email and came back to me very promptly - great guy! Beers for Liam!

Ordered an iPhone Sleeve. Opumo stated that the delivery would occur between 1-3 days then changed that to 2-4. After I wrote them to make sure that the delivery could make it on time they decided to cancel my order making up some ridiculous excuses. I immediately checked their website and it showed the product as OUT OF STOCK. This made me realise that it is extremely likely that they never had the item in the first place. This has been proved by their customer support who confirmed that they will send the order to the brand and that they are not handling the order directly (how can they then guarantee a delivery date?). I suggest that you buy directly from the brands. They are a unreliable third party intermediary. Please be also aware that the shipping times they display are not reliable.

Opumo tried to get my review removed from Trustpilot, but since this is a serious review site they failed.

There answer is absolutely not true. I don't want to lose more time on this but I hope that some potential customers read this and won't shop from them.

Just remember that the are only and intermediary sending your order to the original brand therefore it will be much quicker to buy from the original brand!

Had a problem with a pair of shoes I’d bought on Opumo. Was expecting to be dismissed as had them for a few months even though I hadn’t worn them much. Liam at Opumo picked up the issue immediately, contacted the supplier and organised a replacement pair with a minimum of fuss, keeping me informed throughout. Excellent service.

Absolutely fantastic company. A really cool site with uber cool products. I have bought a number of items from here and always been happy with the super simple buying process and the absolute quality of goods . The couple of times I have required help their customer services have been incredibly helpful. Long Live Opumo.

The customer service is fast and efficient. My issue was solved in a minute, including sending me a link where to download the pdf file of the product I was looking for.

I ordered a clock 9 months ago which I still have not received. Every time I question the customer service team I get a generic response and promised it will arrive within another time frame. Unsurprisingly it never is.

Awful.

The clock had an original delivery time of 3 - 5 weeks. It has been over 9 months.
