Faultless experience yet again from Opumo. Ordered some cufflinks at lunchtime and they were with me the following afternoon. Product arrived packaged well and was identical to what I had seen on their site. One very happy customer, would definitely purchase from them again.
Fantastic experience with Opumo, the service was prompt and on time, the product was of a great quality just as seen on the website and their customer service was really helpful.
I placed an order with opumo and continued all through the checkout flow. During the checkout I put in my address for shipping and paid For the provided total at the end.
A day after, Opumo contacts me to say that they need another 50£ to cover shipping costs that wasn’t displayed during the payment process. I didn’t understand how that could happen as I gave them my address in the process so I asked the customer service this. I still haven’t received an answer and it’s been more than two weeks since I placed the order. They’re not apologizing and are not trying to do anything to make up for the fact that the mistake is on their end. I’m fine with paying for shipping, if they tell me BEFORE I have already paid for my product and not more than a day after.
This issue was handled so poorly that I will suggest anyone not from UK to consider another vendor to purchase the product. These guys are only procuring products so you’ll be able to find them elsewhere. Maybe even places where the supporting services are better.
Terrible experience, not recommended from here.

Ordered a pair of Yogi boots. I hadn’t heard anything for a while to contacted Dana at the customer services team. Dana responded swiftly and advised that there had apparently been a problem as I live in Jersey and their agent didn’t deliver here. Notwithstanding this. Dana arranged alternative couriers and they were swiftly delivered. The team quickly turned a potential dissatisfied customer into a very satisfied one. Customer service par excellence.
Ordered the wrong size by accident, and it cost too much to send it back. But Dana and the customer service team really hooked it up and helped me find a feasible way to get the right size. Thank you !!

Disgusting company, happy to take monies for an order that offered postage to australia and then will not honour sale and send product, no emails advising this, no refund provided, dodgy, do not trust and do not buy from. Dishonest customer service stating I had been refunded when I had not, also beware they advise they will put you in hold on phone but do not

Honestly haven’t encountered customer service like it before. The head honcho’s at OPUMO are incredibly fortunate to have such great team members portraying their brand and dealing with customer issues. Special mention must go to Liam Frampton as he has been genuinely so helpful time and time again!
In sum, Liam is a quality person to deal with and it’s his actions that will ensure I stay a loyal customer at OPUMO.

after finding out the item was no longer in stock in a multiple order, Dana and Liam informed me straight away and was made aware the rest of my order was on route and i will be refunded the amount straight away.

Customer Service second to none!
I had a slight issue where I ordered some items through the guest check out, meaning I couldn’t track the status on my account. With the help of Liam I was fully updated on the progress of the order and when it should arrive and all is now good.
OPUMO’s customer service is quality, and as a Marketing Student myself, the customer service is key, and OPUMO is ticking all the right boxes.
