I had been looking for a certain pair of shoes for a while until I found OPUMO. I not only fell in love with the shoes but their concept, website and service.

I wanted another pair of Common Projects and they had them and were doing an offer so of course it makes sense to take the offer which was well received.

Lots of good products, some that you normally have to order from abroad.
I got great price on some Common Projects, plus, the live chat on the site was good when I had to ask about the sizing.

The team behind the excellently curated product range are being summarily failed by unacceptable customer service and their lackadaisical approach to communication.

A month without the ordered item materialising, any response to e-mails and information chased by phone proving to be unreliable resulted in me cancelling the order. Item now features on the website as available via pre-order only, so at least others will be able to make an informed decision.
A complete waste of time.

Just bought the wonderful AudioPro Addon C5a. It’s a wonderful little Bluetooth speaker, great sound and from you it was at an amazing price. One happy bunny here ....

Opumo was love at first sight! As I'm a big fan of minimalist designs, this is one of my favourites e-commerce platform where you can find such products. Not only home décor but also a great selection of garments, books, gadgets etc.

I've made 3 orders so far and always been very satisfied with the efficiency of the Customer Care. Jenny was very helpful with Live Chat support and Liam was great at rearranging my international deliveries.

The platform also offers very competitive prices and free shipping on orders over €150. Opumo has definitely won me over so I really recommend shopping here!!

At a glance Opumo appears to be the real deal. But dig a little deeper and You will find incompetence bordering on fraudulent behaviour. I recently ordered an item of jewellery and I was emailed after I had completed my purchase and informed that I needed to pay an extra €18 for shipping. It clearly stated on the website that the shipping was free for my item. I received no response to two emails that I sent back to customer service. I tried the helpline and the number wasn’t real. Eventually I made contact over live chat and was told that my order would be shipped today with no extra charge but I never received the emails to confirm this. While browsing the website today I also found a pair of Bang and Olufsen earphones which Rrp at €499 listed on Opumo for the princely sum of €2,664! What the hell is going on here?

Update. Still no confirmation that my order will be shipped. No reply to another email sent. I should clarify that shipping was free for my item on both the uk and eu sites so your claim to additional fees is bogus.

Update. Was let down again about shipping so I asked for a refund. Got a text saying I have been refunded about €40 less than I paid!

I would rate the service Jenny from Opumo gave me as 100000/10! Not only is the product selection out of this world the service I received was so friendly, fast and supportive! For a Ring that wasn't in my size, she checked if it was possible to order it in my size and had the website updated to include it!

I've never such amazing service like this before. Plus I was able to do all my Christmas shopping (secretly at work) thanks to Jenny!

Great customer service. Really quick deliveries. Love the communication functionality of being able to speak to them via chat. They are part of the buying experience beginning to end.

Have ordered a few things from Opumo now, and always have had great online shopping experience. Clear site to navigate, great curation of brands, good communication, especially from the online chat team, most recently Jenny... Any queries always actioned and sorted very promptly.

I ordered two watches from these guys and Olya was extremely helpful when I wanted to make a few changes to the order. It was all sorted quickly over the phone/email and now looking forward to receiving my items.

Ordered a birthday present for my Dad and had it delivered straight to him, it arrived perfectly on the morning of his Birthday and he was over the moon! I will be doing the same for Christmas,
