Quick response Correct Recommendation
I emailed them to enquire about the correct key based on a photo of the drawer lock. Their recommendation was spot on. It fits correctly and we could finally open the drawer after 20 years. Their response time was fast and friendly. Thanks.

Good morning Iris,
Thank you for your comment, and I’m sorry to hear that the key you received isn’t working as expected.
The key we dispatched was cut from the original Helix key, so it’s unclear why it isn’t functioning correctly in your lock. It may be worth double-checking the lock code or confirming if there have been any changes to the lock mechanism.
If you’re able to provide a clear photo of the lock face and your key you have found or any identifying marks, we’d be happy to take another look and see if we can assist further with supplying another key.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment on Trustpilot. I'm very sorry to hear that the key you received was not what you expected.
As mentioned in our previous email, the keys supplied were based on the information provided at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, without further details about the intended use, we were unable to ensure a perfect match.
We understand how disappointing this must be and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you would like to return the keys, we will be happy to issue a refund for the cost of the items upon receipt.
Please let us know if you need any assistance with the return process.
