Truly Supportive and Caring Team
I’m genuinely impressed with the level of support and care I received. Gwen and the team have been incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and eager to resolve the issue. It’s rare to find this kind of customer service — supportive, kind, and reassuring every step of the way.
I haven’t received the replacement key yet, but based on how they’ve handled everything so far, I’m confident it’s in good hands.

Very good service was provided by the OS Keys team. They took on board our requirements. They were on holiday for a couple of weeks which delayed our order otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Look elsewhere!
The item I ordered was not dispatched for over two weeks. Despite the website saying it was in stock when ordered. In future I will look elsewhere!
The order was placed on the 25th June - after the annual leave!

On checking your order. This was one of 5 orders that was missed after my return due to system errors. I also phoned on the 9/57/25 to check if this had arrived or not.
I can only apologies for the delay as this is not our usual service.

Thank you for your comment and disappointing to hear the key you ordered is not what you require.
Do you have a working key you could email a picture off to help find the correct key you require.
