I ordered a product for a wedding gift back in May 2023, countless emails chasing it and approving designs and I still havent recieved anything. AVOID

This company is a scam. They have filtered their Instagram comments so l cannot warn anyone. I purchased a ring up from in December 2024, their website claimed they send proofs in 48 hours and they didn't send me a single message for two weeks to explain when it should be expected. Then they claimed they had sent it but their "system messed up" and so the message must have not gone through, didn't follow up with a proof still. I have asked for a refund 15 times and eventually reported it to my credit card company. Now they have shut down their website as well. Do not order from them. I'm glad it was only $350 lost because some of their stuff is much more expensive.

AVOID - NEVER GOT PRODUCT!

I had previously had a great experience with Overview Designs so decided to place another order after getting engaged.

2 years of chasing, emailing, calling, messaging the chat on the website, and whatsapping got us no further. We continually got told the product was lost, undergoing humidity treatment, being quality checked, drying etc. We were also fed a multitude of excuses - software being hacked, product numbers lost, no access to workshop, colleague in hospital.

After all this, we still didn't receive the product we ordered and finally gave up and requested a refund. The only positive to the whole experience was that we got our refund back within the week. Such a shame for what would've been a highly sentimental piece

Ordered an item for Christmas 2024 (order date 4 Dec); received a boilerplate email confirming my transaction payment but nothing else.
This guy is a fraud, scam artist.

Ordered 3 items on his Etsy site in December 2023. Waited weeks for a reply, then weeks again for next reply and so on. Then after after 5 months of chasing him for an answer on when my order would be sent… no more messages. Turns out that I was strung along until the 100 day refund policy of Etsy expired. So now I am out of pocket and he does not have the curtesy to reply to my messages.
I always aim to support small businesses, but David is not helping himself here.
I would not recommend shopping with this company.

Totally disappointing and a bad person.
I ask him fro a project and an the start of year he said he is going to write me back, after 30 days of nothing and make me lose time (I need the design as gift), he blocked me and Whatsapp and did not reply to any e-mail, despite his contents are keep updating on social and others.

He prefer to disappear like a coward instead to try to tell me he was not able to do that requested job. Very unprofessional and to be honest is like a scammer behaviour, be safe and maybe use another source.
