I would not trust this company, their products does not function well as they advertised. The DevilBliss oxygen concentrator we got did not work to raise the oxygen level. I recommend another company that does give false advertisement.

The review I recently presented will serve to clearly cover the issue of my experiences with the go-daddy team that is preparing my new website. I am very satisfied with the services that I have received from all of the go-daddy agents assigned to my website design project.

They don’t even stock the inventory that they are advertising. I paid for an Invacare Homefill on Saturday. They said they take pride in shipping in one day. They lied to me all week and said that Fed Ex wasn’t picking up because of some imaginary ice storm, I checked the weather in Moneta and it was sunny. I called Fed Ex and that was a lie. They threaten to cancel the order because I complained about them sending me spam email before even shipping my order. When I finally got them to admit FedEx was shipping they said they didn’t have anyone available to fix the units. Lie after lie. If something is too cheap to be true, it probably is. I told them I would have to cancel the order if they couldn’t ship it by the next Saturday after I bought it. They said they wouldn’t have it by then. Today is Thursday, they wasted an entire week of my time and don’t even have the product…now their website says delivery by Feb 18. Did they plan on having me wait a month? Small outfit unable to fulfill orders for necessary medical equipment taking in broken units and selling them to unsuspecting victims, lying to patients with immediate medical needs, preying on peoples needs during the pandemic. Don’t waste you time. I will verify emails, purchases, and website screenshot from today if necessary.

I cannot say enough good things about Oxygen Plus Medical!! They went above and beyond, even working past their normal hours, to provide an oxygen concentrator in under 48 hours for my Father who was critically ill, battling COVID-19 and acute pneumonia. Every other company I contacted shrugged off my urgency, and told me 14 days was the best they could do. I firmly believe my Dad wouldn’t have made it another two days without that concentrator.
The unit they sold me was fully refurbished, clean and in excellent working order. Price was extremely reasonable, especially when you added the rush factor.
It took my Father’s oxygen levels from the low 70’s up to 93+ in less than an hour.
Jared and his team restored a small piece of my faith in humanity with their quick response.
I highly recommend this company.

I was with a popular, much advertised company under Medicare. My large concentrator went out, but when I called they said my account had been closed two years prior. I could get no other information from them and nothing in writing. My doctor could get no information either. I was trying to make it with just a small portable. My home therapists finally told me I could purchase used equipment without a doctor's prescription. I compared several companies online that dealt in used equipment. Thank heavens I found your company. You were a life saver and I mean that literally. I was so oxygen deprived and weak that I was on the verge of being hospitalized. I can never thank you enough for the excellent equipment and your rapid delivery. I will keep doing business with you. God bless you all.

This is the second company I have used for O2 concentrators and by far the product and service I have received were of a better quality with a fair price. Unfortunately my 10 LPM Airsep Did malfunction....but instead of sending the unit back for repair we quickly diagnosed the problem on the phone. The cost: 15 minutes of my time.

I'm using my oxygen concentrator to assist with my glass blowing. I've had it for a few months and it is still working just as if should!

In a response to the poor review I gave Oxygen Plus, they made false statements regarding the equipment I sent to them for purchase. They said it “reeked” of cigarette smoke which is totally untrue. Neither myself nor my late husband smoked. Further, anyone could inspect the package at this very moment and verify that there is no hint of cigarette smoke. Secondly, they said the smoke smell was probably the reason none of the other companies that I told them I contacted wanted it. I had no conversations whatsoever with Oxygen Plus about any topic. In my opinion, Oxygen Plus is trying to dilute a bad review by making me sound like a crackpot.

Watch out for their big Black Friday sale .. they move a lot of broken equipment during that sale. 90 day return goes fast so be prepared to mess around with these pekoe for 6 months and then I bet you still get ripped off.just like I did. Buyer beware of there phoney. reviews.

Complete ripoff . Blatant with devious little tricks with there warranty , What’s the use tho . A hundred bots just wrote a hundred great reviews.. watch yourself with this company ...

Great company. They conduct there business with honesty and integrity, something that took me by surprise in today’s business climate of fast sales, fake promises and bottom lines. I paid an excellent Reasonable price for a near perfect low hour refurbished unit delivered in a very reasonable timeframe. I’m spending my time writing because these guys are real and deserve your business.

Worked perfect. Just didn't have to correct connection from oxygen concentrators to the Brooder 90. The fitting on the Brooder was missing or wasn't included.

Talked with technician about purchase and he was very informative. Machine arrived in good condition and all works as advertised.

after an issue with a unit. oxygenPlus resent a new unit quickly. the unit arrives tomorrow. thank you
