Don't Waste Your Money
I was sent a machine that did not function as advertised, and the wrong charger for it. I paid freight twice, one time to send back the wrong parts and the other to send back the poorly functioning machine. They returned the machine still not working properly with no explanation. I would give them zero stars and recommend no one do business them. I am stuck with the cost of the machine, two freight charges, and a machine that will not work properly.

I am truly sorry you feel this way sir. Our records show that your complaint was about the battery life not lasting as long as you thought it should. It appears we have already sent you multiple batteries and a replacement charger in good faith, but you were still not happy. This is when we decided it was time for your unit to be sent to us for evaluation after you have been using it for 5 months. As described in our terms of service, the customer is to pay freight to send their machine to us, so there was no surprise to be had.
Upon testing of your unit, we found the chargers working properly, the battery life was right at 45 minutes at 2LPM Continuous flow after being fully charged and depleted. Absolutely everything seemed to be working as designed, so we packed it up and returned it to you. There was a packing slip on the outside of your box that detailed what work we performed. It is possible it came off in shipping.

Hello, and thank you for the review! I am sorry to hear your machine arrived dirty. I can assure you that we have at least 1 full time staffer on any given day that meticulously clean all equipment we service, even with Q-Tips! We have seen some instances where the machines can get dirty in transit, and generally just need a quick wipe down to get rid of the dust.

I try to be as careful as possible with my purchases, especially expensive ones. I'm basing this review on the basis of my experience obtaining pre and post sale info, which was quick and factual.
The item ordered (refurbished) was out of stock and I was notified quickly and given options; including one for a less expensive different model of the item. I was assured it had the features I needed and that was ordered. There was no problem over credit refunds, etc. because they don't charge the card until an item is shipped.
The item itself was as described and is fulfilling my needs.

Not Customer Focused
My machine arrived in a pristine box, however it was damaged slightly. When i contacted OxygenPlus, i was told to use a butter knife to pop the side back in place and the chipped out piece on the back near one of the housing screws was "normal".

Hello! When placing an order on our website, you are required to read and agree to our Terms and Conditions page. I get the feeling that you did not read it. Because it said right at the top of the page that during the time frame you placed your order, there would be a delay in the shipping due to being closed for the holidays. A little further down it also has a section describing the physical condition of our units, and states that they are previously used, and may have small cosmetic imperfections. In the attached photo showing a chip missing around the screw is purely cosmetic, and probably happened when your package was dropped, causing what happened in the second photo. The second photo shows your case had separated in shipping. The solution to this is literally what we suggested to you. You slip a butter knife or screw driver in between the two halves, twist with minimal effort, and it will pop itself back in place. We can only assume that the machine is working just fine since we only heard about these cosmetic issues that are very easily solved, and do not feel that this 2 star review is very fair.
