Still haven’t received my bags. I’m wondering at this point if these will arrive and not be poor quality

I placed an order in August. It is mid November & I still haven’t received it. It took nearly three months to get a replacement order processed & I’m still waiting for my order to arrive.

Very nice handbag. The quality is very good. It is genuine leather and overall very good quality. It will take some time to get to you. Mine took about three weeks but it came through and I love it.

Even better than advertised. I got 2 bags for the price of 1 and that’s a steal. They are gorgeous, Italian made, buttery soft leather. I got black and white and will be set. Beautiful bags.

Ordered Sept 26 th emails bounce back found a different email still no response so filled out on their web site still no response or product update it’s Nov 11 th they have responded with several emails saying product is on the way usps tracking shows package for 2 weeks has not left Florida. Have requested refund they just come up with another excuse

Beautiful, soft, large - a perfect bag

Ordered on 10/9, just arrived today, 10/27. Product not what I expected, looks cheap and lacks character
I cannot get in touch with customer service; I always get a bounce-back email. Hoping to return these for a full refund, or else I will be disputing with my CC company

Nice bags. I bought 2. The brown one was fine, but the blue one has such a bad and potent chemical smell. I’ve been airing it out for 2 weeks and it still smells.

Ordered bags weeks ago… they charged my credit card and have sent NO delivery status! I believe I’ve been scammed! I’ve reached out to them and have gotten zero response!

My item never arrived. It was over $200 and there is no one at Pampora who will reply to me to help me get my item.

I am still waiting on a purse I paid for over a month ago and can't get an answer when I will receive it.

I placed my order on October 10th, 5 days later it was pending acceptance in Florida, but no record of the package. The USPS asked me to reach out to the sender. The help email attached to the order does not work, I have reached out through the website with no response. My charge card was charged immediatly, but I have no tote bag and the company is not responding. I will update review if this changes. It also appears that the shipping originated in China, not Italy.

I have not received my package

The leather totes arrived two days ago. They are Christmas gifts for my daughters. The colors are beautiful! The leather is soft and easy to open. The size is large enough for a device. The interior pocket will be useful for keys. The magnetic clasp is functional. The handles are good for shoulder or had held. So, the review remains to be evaluated by the recipients, which I feel will be a positive reaction!
