Criminally Poor

Ordered bag in late July 2023 and received bag from Italy in mid-August. No issues with bag but too small for what I needed. Series of email through October to return bag. Finally returned bag to address in Hawaii in October. "Victoria" said in early December money would be refunded which didn't happen. And naturally when I tried to connect with "Victoria" again via email I got a bounce back. I really thought the bag was good value so beyond disappointed by lack of customer service and general thievery.

I have ordered twice from this company…

I have ordered twice from this company through etsy and their website around a year ago. I believe they've either closed shop or sold their inventory because whoever is dealing with it now is just scamming customers and never sending the item or sending fake leather goods. Stay away and avoid placing orders.

Terrible company

Terrible company. 4½ month delivery time. However, they took the payment immediately. And on delivery I had to pay a lot of tax to get the bag delivered.

Customer service is deception and poor excuses. A so-called Victoria promises a lot of nonsens that doesn't fit.

The package came from the US. On the bag's lining is printed 100 times that the bag is 'made in Italy'. I don't believe this bag has ever been in Italy.

Very bad customer service

I placed & paid for a bag on November 26 2023. Payment was taken from my account within 2 days. The website states delivery should take 3-5 working days. I sent 3emails asking for an update on my order. I finally got a response on December 21st from Victoria, apologising for the long wait, but was pleased to let me know the item has been dispatched. I finally received the item on December 29th. I was required to pay £64.61 in charges, which were unexpected. Victoria (no job title or last name) has yet to reply to my email asking for a refund of these charges. Loved the bag, but will never order from Pampora leather again.

Extremely late delivery

Extremely late delivery. Late by 4 months. Bad customer service. Opted for customization but it wasn’t done. Customer service said there will be some sort of token of appreciation for delay, some other small leather goods, didn’t receive any. Item wasn’t very expensive but it wasn’t cheap either. Bag was also shipped from the US so I also doubt the authenticity that it’s handmade in Italy. Purchased leather goods from other Italian companies and was far more impressed.

Too Many Excuses, Still No Results...

I ordered a bag from Pampora Leather back in 11/14/23, about a month and a half later I am still left waiting for it. After several emails to them, that is, if they answer my emails, I am given excuses after excuses. The first is an excuse regarding production problems and won't be ready and shipped for several more weeks. Next email I inquired about my order again and they said they would contact me on what's happening to my order. After not receiving an update, I email again on the status and no response back. Then, I received a notification email saying that it's on its way to me with a tracking number. I paid for express shipping and they had sent it via US Postal Ground, the exact opposite. I email again regarding the shipping error and their excuse is I don't know what is happening and they will look into it and will try to fix the issue, which means that the bag has probably not shipped yet and still sitting somewhere, maybe still being shipped from Italy and a postal label was created from Piscataway, New Jersey!

I am 2 inches away from cancelling the order. If they refuse my cancellation, I will enter a complaint with my card company to get a reimbursement! Too many excuses, no results, empty apologies. I want to change my rating if I run into cancellation and reimbursement issues. I gave 2-stars because someone actually responded, but the service is lousy.

The address of this place is a post office (not a lab/factory) - Venice, 30035 Zianigo, Via scortegara 100D

They shipped the bag from New Jersey USA.

Ordered Sept. ‘23
No update on progress without me asking. It was supposed to take two weeks to make and to ship after 5 days.

The bag finally arrives three months later, on December 27th, but I’m asked to pay an additional €110 in taxes/duties even though I was told there were no more charges

“ TAXES & DUTIES: No additional fees or any type of taxes for all US & EU deliveries. For deliveries outside the EU and US, we are not responsible for any additional charges during the delivery, in accordance with the laws of your country.”

The personalisation monogram wasn’t placed on the bag and there’s a large scratch on the front.

It’s beyond bad. Don’t go near whomever this scam artist is. I’ll bet they’re not even Italian and the names used and website is fake. My guess is it’s an Asian scam, judging by the grammar in the messages I received.

By the way - they stall until 3 months have elapsed because after that you can’t claim your money back from your CC company.

4 months to ship the order to the wrong address

I ordered a leather bag on the 15th of August 2023. The very same day I contacted their customer support to change the shipping address.
It took them 4 months (!) to prepare the order for delivery. But the package has been sent to the wrong address. There is no way for me to collect it from another country. So my money and time have been wasted.

Bag never arrived

Ordered a bag in early September. After two months and multiple promises of shipment (that I had to initiate, there was no spontanous update from the company), I filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. A very disappointing experience.

Never received product

In July I ordered from Pampora after reading about the quality of their goods and knew I could expect to wait a few weeks for the product to be hand-made.
I accepted the fact that quality over speed is always acceptable. After 3 weeks without any communication from Pampora, I emailed and received an immediate reply that these bags take time to be created. Another two weeks went by and I again emailed asking for an update and they guaranteed that it would be shipped in mid-October. When this didn't happen I emailed again and was guaranteed a shipping date of November 6th. On November 10th, when I still hadn't heard anything, I reached out again via email - it is the only way to communicate - they never responded. On November 10th I emailed again and did not receive a reply. On November 11th I contacted my credit card issuer and reported a dispute. The CC company called me that afternoon and shared that Pampora had multiple disputes with not fulfilling orders.

Beware of Pamporaleather.com

I received a bag from this company and a few months later the stitching started to come out. I contacted the company and they said to go to a local cobbler and they would reimburse me for the amount. I followed their instructions in August 2023 and provided receipts. Reimbursement in for leather work done by the cobbler has not been received as promised. I also ordered a leather conditioner in August and still have not received the product. I have been in contact with the company and received numerous emails from them saying they would check on the situation. There still has not been any progress .

Order th 12th july, and never received.
At the begining we received automatic answer and after 3 mails Victoria ask me to wait, i wait but nothing happened about tracking and nothing received.

Great experience

Took about two weeks to get my handbag. I’m in the US, had no extra fees. Part of this was delays with FedEx. I’ve been eyeing one of their bags for a while but was nervous. Finally bit the bullet because no other store had the same kind of styles. The bag is gorgeous, as described. Had a sweet personalized handwritten note from Adele. I’ll be purchasing more handbags from them!

Absolutely love my bag. I’ve had it for about three weeks now and the quality is even better than I expected. Holds up amazing so I just ordered another one for my mom!

Probably a scam

I think Pampora is a scam but I hope they prove me wrong. Even though I havn’t waited as long for my bag as some other guys, I have waited long enough. No replies from them on emails. Their contact adress on their website is an adress in China which is weird. Here on Trustpilot their adress goes to a residential house in Italy. I just have a bad feeling about this. If I don’t get what I have paid for in a few weeks I will press charges(which probably won’t lead to anything, but it’s the right thing to do).

It’s awful

It’s awful, I made the order in February, now on 29th of July it’s still not delivered!! You only promise that it’ll be ready in 2-3 weeks and every time it’s not ready. Moreover a month ago you stopped replying to my emails. I requested a refund and you’re not giving it to me. I have never had such bad experience before.
