Product took almost a month to be sent, instead of few days as the website. First use and it completely stained my shirt, making its use impossible. Customer support is terrible, multiple e-mails and the need to call them to get anything answered. In the end, no money back or exchange for a defective product.

Love the bag! It was about 3 weeks of waiting but it is really really beautiful and nicely made. The stitching is very professional! Thank yuy

The company does not meet the delivery deadline. I've been waiting for 4 weeks the goods. They also don't answer shipping questions. I do not recommend shopping. They are unreliable

La qualità della pelle va bene. Tuttavia, l'artigianato è deludente. La pelle all'apertura dello scomparto principale è tagliata in modo irregolare e sporge più in alto della cerniera. Alcune delle cuciture di rilegatura non sono così strette e si vedono all'esterno, e non hanno un bell'aspetto.
Ho inviato un'e-mail all'azienda due volte in modo da poter restituire la borsa. Nessuno ha ancora risposto.

I had a great experience when ordering my Predator bag. The quality of materials is great and very high end. This item is hand made and takes a little longer to get to you, but the wait is worth it! Their customer service is very helpful and responsive! A++

I am really unhappy with my purchase.... although the invoice mentioned that there was no shipping costs I was charged by FEDEX 61 euros for I don't know exacxtly what. Please don't buy on this brand!

I purchased a leather bag from Pampora Leather and now a leather conditioner specially formulated for their leather products, and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the design and execution of their products is phenomenal. The quality of the leather is outstanding. The customer service (I asked a lot of questions before buying) is really attentive and helpful. This company is simply fantastic.

Scam, they won't replay after not sending

I ordered a bag on 11 March this year and it still hasn’t arrived as of today 8th April, still no bag !!
I’ve tried their customer service chat which is obviously automated and only ever says “awaiting fulfilment”
I’m beginning to think I’ve been scammed for nearly £200 !!

I’m not sure what the questions are but I absolutely love my bag!! ❤️
