I purchased World Venture bag. The one I received, had a stiching defect, so I sent it back and received a perfect one. (I wanted the bag and not a refund). The color is as on the picture, stiching is perfect and the leather smells SO good. True ode to craftmanship. Timeless.

I was looking for a long-lasting every day backpack that could carry my laptop and basic daily items, but also with enough space to carry some shopping items on the way home from work. This backpack is exactly what I hoped to find, it's not only practical but it also looks great. It's the perfect size for every day use. The only thing that would have made it even better is if there would have been a small strap or separate compartment for the laptop. Overall the backpack seems to be very high quality and I believe I will be able to use it for a very long time.

The experience is painful.
I purchased the tote on Nov 18 2022 online. Until the moment I'm writing on Jan 24,2023. I still haven't received my package.
The customer service is slow. Usually I have to wait several days and send a reminder email to get a response. The last promised day was Jan 15 to delivery which was failed again.
Currently I'm waiting for the customer service to reply me on my follow up email that I sent 2 days ago.

Beautiful bag and really pleased with it. Just annoyed that I had to pay customs charge of £45 on top of bag cost which I failed to realise when ordering.

I purchased a leather portfolio and am absolutely in love with it! I'm an attorney and use this daily--fits my Microsoft Surface Pro 8 and a tablet of paper/ calendar. Amazing product!! Very fast international shipping and quality Italian leather unlike other knock off products that saturate the market. Highly recommend Pampora and will be a lifelong customer.

The bag I received ŵas of exceptional quality.
The company Pampora, especially the principal Adele was very responsive.
The only issues were:
*the bag took about 8 weeks to arrive due to the dyeing process (I would have preferred to be told about this in advance).
*it's colour looked very different to the photo. I was told this was due to different devices showing colour variations.

This backpack is wonderful and gets better, as any quality leather bag should, with time. My only criticism is regarding the zipper. It is not a smooth zipper and rough on my fingers but functionally sound. I’ll purchase from this company again and hope they improve the quality of the zipper.
