Easy ordering and delivery. Order was exactly what I hoping and quality and fit is fabulous.

Replacement bikini top for one which I managed to fade while wearing with shorts in the garden during hot weather. Went on holiday & the top & bottoms were slightly different shades. Bonus that it was on sale.

My order should have gone to Rymans but was never received by them and the proof of delivery showed as signed by a Receptionist called Millie and no Millie works there. Since sending that Panache have not replied to my emails and their voicemail has a Xmas message and is never answered. I am £245 out of pocket.

Fab bra. Fourth time I’ve bought this style, lovely uplifted shape (34 FF) and fast, efficient delivery.

My order arrived just 3 days after ordering and was wrapped in tissue paper and boxed. I unfortunately had to return the item as it didn't fit properly. The returns policy is easy and straightforward.

Ordered before Christmas and it never arrived. Contacted customer services following the email reminder to review and they said it was delivered in December, and they'd had a confirmation from the shipper, but no photo of location and never anything through to us to tell us where, I can only assume they misdelivered it. Customer services have since this ignored my subsequent emails for a week. I have had no refund and the item was never delivered here.

Always buy my bras from here!
They are available in stores too but I know my size and prefer to order online.

Efficient service. Received my goods in three days. Lovely products.

The delivery and returns postage is prohibitively expensive. I ordered the swimsuit in a different size from my original order and it’s still not quite right, but I cannot afford the postage costs so will keep it. It cost £4 to return my original order. Unlikely to order via Panache in the future because of the delivery/returns charges although I have liked Panache products for many years now. I will stick to Bravissimo instead. Delivery was quick and the product is nice - it’s just the clunky ordering and costly postage.
