My bin fell over in the wind for my waste bin collection yesterday i put the bin out before I left for work at 6am but where it fell too the binmen wouldnt have seen it so it didnt get collected I emailed the office in a pure panic as to what I was to do could anyone help Micaella went above and beyond for me and honestly provided 5 Star customer service cannot thank her enough Panda is far superior to any other Bin Company I have dealt with in the past Thank you Kindly

I needed some with updating details. "Paddy" the chatbot was handy and directed me to an agent quickly rather than go round and round like a lot of AI bits.

Very Helpfull
The girl made enquiries in to why my compost bin wasn't collected and rang me back with the good news that no bins in my area were emptied ( which I didn't know). She give me a day when the lorry is to return. It was great to get that feedback. So I know now to have my compost out tonight for tomorrow morning.

The calendar on the website is dated…
The calendar on the website is dated 2023. I had to contact Panda to request an updated calendar. My request was dealt with swiftly. It would help even more if calendar was up to date.

Useless useless useless
The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. The app tells us the collection will be Saturday. In 2 months of being signed with them, our rubbish bin has NEVER been collected on the Saturday.
We have to ring them on the Monday to tell them, they organise an ‘emergency collection’ for the Wednesday. You have to constantly ring them to get them to do their job.
I massively regret signing with them
