30 minutes of back and forth…
It took a lot of back and forth over 30 minutes to receive a code. I initially called and left a voicemail, after hours so oopsie there, but did not receive a call the next day. So I called again and opted to chat via text. I sent pictures of my package being delivered, pictures of tracking info, time of delivery, all my info incl. when I set up my account. It just was not an easy and efficient process.

Erika is GREAT. Parcel Pending not so much.
Last night, someone else’s package was with mine in a locker. I left it in the locker and called the number posted on the door of the parcel room. The recording offered to connect via text, which I accepted. After 10 minutes or so I was connected with a robot that ran me in circles before finally telling me there were no humans on call. I called again this morning. Finally when I did get a response I was connected with Erika Ramirez-Flores and she was GREAT. This is the best experience we have had with Parcel Pending. Twice before it has lost our packages snd after a great deal of hand-wringing on our part we gave up. This is a new provider for our complex. I don’t remember the prior provider but we had exactly zero trouble with them.

Got help but still concerned
Erika was great at helping me with being notified and charged for packages that were not for me; got the charges removed from my account (but unclear if they were refunded).
But I'm now worried that if there was a package for me that the notification went to someone else, and they didn't contact support to correct it.

These people are nothing but FRAUDS
These people are nothing but FRAUDS. They take your payment information and store it and then at random they will bill you for the ANNUAL fee multiple times in the same year. Good luck getting someone on the phone to help either, hold times are typically about an hour and you will never get a call back. I'm still fighting to get refunded for fraudulent charges.
