Got help but still concerned
Erika was great at helping me with being notified and charged for packages that were not for me; got the charges removed from my account (but unclear if they were refunded).
But I'm now worried that if there was a package for me that the notification went to someone else, and they didn't contact support to correct it.

These people are nothing but FRAUDS
These people are nothing but FRAUDS. They take your payment information and store it and then at random they will bill you for the ANNUAL fee multiple times in the same year. Good luck getting someone on the phone to help either, hold times are typically about an hour and you will never get a call back. I'm still fighting to get refunded for fraudulent charges.

This is a customer service review not an overall review of parcel pending
I had an issue with the lockers at my apartment complex where I wouldn’t always get a code for my packages that were delivered. Turns out I had way too many accounts and so Tina was kind and patient enough to help me delete all the accounts that were unnecessary and helped me get into a locker that I didn’t receive a code for. Thank you very much Tina!! You were awesome 👏🏽😎

I moved into a property with Parcel…
I moved into a property with Parcel Pending at the end of March 2026. I haven't been getting text notifications about packages since the end of June, and it's now the middle of October. For a while I could retrieve my packages anyway by just putting my phone number into the kiosk.
Then they updated their entire system and took that method of kiosk login away, and cancelled their app and released a new app, but "orange instead of white" - but didn't announce that there was a new app. I couldn't get any of my packages unless I went and got my property manager during business hours.
I stopped even having packages delivered to my home - I started having them sent to a pickup locker at 7-eleven. But once in a while something that wouldn't fit in my mailbox would still get put into those cursed lockers.
It came to a head today when a cable that I ordered just went completely missing. Not in my mailbox, probably in the lockers, prop manager didn't turn it up. I tried desperately to log into the app and couldn't, so I went to their customer service chat and asked them to help - and this is how I find out they canceled their app and released a new one. (Letting us know would have been nice!)
I said I would simply stop using them and asked for a refund, and they declined to send me a refund.
