I had a problem with one of my packages…
I had a problem with one of my packages being delivered, but I never received a code to pick it up. I contacted the text line and was connected to a representative right away. Tina was great and let me know how I could access the locker and gave me a PIN to use to retrieve my package. Their customer service support was quick and so helpful. Thank you Tina! :)
