Had a package marked delivered with no pickup code, so I texted Parcel Pending support. They responded right away, located the package, and opened the kiosk remotely - I had it in my hands in under 5 minutes. Genuinely seamless. Great support experience.

Wrong box opened
I called the company and was quoted a 68-minute wait time, so I opted for the text message option instead. I waited about 10 minutes, and Tina responded to my text.
I provided her with photos and explained the situation. She gave me the option to contact my rental office because they have access to the lockers. I was unaware of that, so I really appreciated her letting me know.
Before disconnecting, Tina said, “Hold on a moment, let me look at something.” She checked the delivery information and noticed that the package had been delivered under my daughter’s name. She then instructed me to go to the locker and enter a code and there was my package!
This package was extremely important because I had just started a new job, and everything I needed was inside. I truly appreciate Tina taking the extra time to look into the situation and help me locate it.
Thank you again, Tina, for your patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. You went above and beyond to help me, and I’m very grateful! ❤️
