A True Professional
I had a mild misunderstanding during my call with Tina. What stood out was how professionally she handled it. Tina wanted to know what she could do to make things right—and she did exactly that.
A true professional is someone who can take a situation that starts off on the wrong foot and completely turn it around. Tina did just that. By the end of our conversation, it was one of the best phone experiences I’ve had in quite a while.

Misleading services. Advertising as a multi carrier but is only accepting Royal Mail
Installed a parcel locker at Morrisons Pinchbeck Spalding, Lincolnshire which has the logos of UPS, DPD, Royal Mail and Evri yet the locker is only accepting Royal Mail parcels. Why are you advertising this locker as being a multi carrier drop off / collection point when in reality it’s only accepting Royal Mail parcels. Very misleading and needs addressing to save people wasting their time going to this locker.

Until the carrier onboarding and activation process is complete, customers should not be directed to use this location. We apologise for any confusion caused by the locker appearing to be available.

Text support was the best avenue to get my issue resolved. Tina was able to resolve it swiftly. I will say no other option was useful at all and it took a days to get it resolved so definitely request the text chat to get things fixed.

Outstanding service!
Parcel Pending is great service, their support has been great and they are super fair whenever issues come up. After a package of mine got jammed in a locker and my apartment complex needed to manually open the door, I forgot to stop by the storage locker room to re-input the code to clear it out of their system. I contacted support and explained the issue to them and Tina voided my late fee, while marking the package as being picked up!
