I received a text that I had a package at a building that I wasn’t living at anymore. I asked the agent Sherri if she can help me double check what’s going on. Sherri just told me to go to the building and talk to the manager. I asked her if she could remove the late charges and she ended the chat. What garbage customer service.

The customer service via text was…
The customer service via text was great. They couldn't handle the issue via normal responses and sent me to a customer service representative ASAP. I worked with Andrew V who was able to resolve my issue quickly and provide a reason for the issue. I had a notification for a package and there was no package when I checked, which made sense as I had just moved in and hasn't ordered anything. He credited me the late pick up fee and explained what happened. Andrew V provides stellar customer service, I am happy to do business with Parcel Pending
