We just switched parcel programs before I went on a vacation. I was aware of the vacation mode and tacked up some fees for a late delivery. Tina was quick on her responses and helping me get my account reactivated. Thank you!

Constantly missing packages and no help…
Constantly missing packages and no help from Parcel Pending. Ghost packages where you get a code and the locker opens empty. Or no code at all for delivered packages. They say they’ll investigate but then never get to a resolution. Hope more buildings will choose Luxer One instead.

I’ve had parcel pending services for almost 9 years and am so grateful that this service is available. the majority of my packages are delivered and safely stored in the lockers. Calling would have taken 43 mins. I live at coles crossing, I texted and spoke to Tina. She was able to take my info and find out my package was delivered to wrong apt. It's was fast and easy!
