The absolute worst. Anyone can take a reservation. It’s the holding of the reservation that’s important. This stupid company takes your money and then the lot doesn’t hold your spot. The lot will sell your spot and not think twice about it. You show up at said lot with your reservation from ParkWhiz and the attendants simply say call and get a refund. Then you’re stuck trying to find alternate parking last minute which is the exact reason why you reserved a spot in advance to begin with. They should allow negative stars. Being forced to give them even one is an injustice. I can’t wait to see the day (soon) when this company goes out of business.

it says you can cancel your trip online or on the app. But I tried to do that cause I ended up having to park somewhere else cause I wasn’t able to park where I was at and submitted the receipt and I never even heard back from them they kept my money please don’t use them absolute trash.

Paid in advance for parking near stadium. When we got to the lot, there were no spaces! So had to find other parking, which was extremely difficult and took a lot of time, so missed part of the game! Park Whiz is a scam! No one should use it!

I reserved a parking spot at a specific lot and ot to that address but did not see the lot.I asked two separate parking lot attendants at adjacent lots who said they were not familiar with 601 Jackson but the g p s was showing, we had arrived at the location. I ended up
having to buy another pass at a lot right where my lot was supposed to be. It was double the price. I tried to go through parking whiz, but due to the fact my time had started, it said no.Refunds, and there was no one to speak to.It was very upsetting. Felt like a scam.

Do not use this company, think they're scammers. They did NOT send us the correct parking pass. We paid for a spot close to the event, they sent us a cheaper-valued pass a half-mile further away. Then when we actually tried to park there, the location given was non-existent! So we had to search for available parking and pay for that as well. Horrible company.

Parkwiz canceled our parking reservation two days before our event in Detroit. We booked well in advance at a great price. When we had to rebook parking prices had over quadrupled. We assume for a Bruno Mars concert. Can you say gouging? Reading other reviews don't think I will be back..

Got the parking spot close to SATX NIOSA event. My mistake was i didn't check their reviews. My parking area was closed (police) because of the event being held. Had to go to a different parking lot. Submitted a refund request with the necessary information asked for. Submitted the payment I used at the other parking lot. Charge was for $25 instead of the$10 I got from Park Whiz. Got another request for more information. I submitted same information. Why would I pay for $25 instead of $10? The parking ticket receipt had the date, time entered and how long i had the spot for. It was same request i had with Park Whiz .After submitting the information, I haven't heard anything from them. Don't use.

I tried chatting with them and I got AI. I chatted with a human after and she was just as incompetent even though I was showing her screenshots. She told me to download the app.She told me to follow the steps.But it kept telling me to print the ticket.... Even though she kept saying I didn't have to. Now I get emails saying that they're transferring my parking ticket that I paid for because I haven't said that I've received it. So I call, the lady verifies me and tells me that I have to be on hold so she could pull up my ticket... Even though to verify me, she was already in my account...3 minutes later she comes back with some bull that she has to put me back on, hold.I was chatting for over 40 minutes and now she thinks I wanna sit on the phone no 7 minutes with no help🤬 I rather walk miles or pay 55$. I will never deal with this crappy company ever again!!!!!

Horrible experience - pre-paid for a parking space in Boston for an event. Got there and lot was full. Told attendant that I pre-paid, he wrote a note and sent me to another lot that I could not find. Found a different lot and was late to my show with kids due to driving around endlessly. Tried to contact ParkWhiz for reimbursement. Submitted a ticket that should have been processed 3-5 business days. Never heard from anyone. Luckily my credit card refunded me. I WILL NEVER use this app again.

App that does not load your pass after you purchase it so adding it to your wallet is impossible and finding it without an internet connection is hit-and-miss.

The last 3 times I used ParkWhiz (2 in DC, 1 in Pittsburgh), it did not work at all. I prepaid for parking to find when I got to the facility, the provided code was not accepted and I had to pay for parking again, at a much higher rate, to get my car out of the garage. This is a scam and I’m deleting the app. Please do not waste your time or money with these disgraceful people.

Terrible! Reserved a spot 2 days before event, but there were no spaces left when I arrived. They were going to send me to a back up lot several blocks away. This company is a scam. Don’t reserve

They will always rip you off. Better to park on your own. Do not use this web site. Pay yourself at the lot.

The last two times I used ParkWhiz, the parking facilities were full when I arrived. This resulted in a potentially dangerous solo walk, higher fees at an alternate garage, and being late for an event.

I wish I could give it zero Stars. I prepaid for parking to see a concert at the national in Richmond Virginia. The lot was a quarter mile from the venue had no lights no attendant and potholes all over it. I chose to Park right next to the venue and this company refused to refund my money.

The management of Trilogy Garage at 180 Brookline Avenue adjacent to Fenway Park deliberately oversold their available number of parking passes.

Residents have parking spaces, so obviously there can only be a finite number of parking spaces available for events, right?

Garage opened for Red Sox Opening Day parking at 12:10 p.m. on Friday April 3, 2026. I arrived at 12:30 p.m. and an employee greeted me at the mouth of the garage entrance.

That employee told me, " THAT MANAGEMENT TOLD HIM TO INFORM customers WITH LEGITIMATE PARKING PASSES, that the GARAGE WAS ALREADY FULL."

I confirmed with him that my parking pass was otherwise good. I then pulled into the entrance tried my parking pass, which was denied. I then shutoff my car, got out and began walking to find a manager.

Upon walking around to the other entrance by Target I found a manager. Who told me that they had oversold their parking passes. I then told him, that I had a legitimate parking pass.

He then told me, that he'd find me a place to park. To be clear, he did not mean a legal parking space. As I turned to walk away a lady and two guys walked up to that manager and the lady said, " I've driven around this garage twice and there aren't any parking spaces."

He finally found me an illegal parking spot that ran along a wall. Parkwhiz tells you on their website that upon arriving at a garage pass holders with a problem have to talk with an employee at the garage.

May I suggest Patkwhiz, that you have your customers CONFIRM a garages available legal number of parking spaces available to be sold for an event, right?

I purchased tickets for my daughter and daughter-in-law to see Phantom of the opera in Denver. I also purchased parking for them as well assuming that ParkWhiz would provide them parking within five minutes of the venue. I was so wrong. ParkWhiz located them 2 miles away from the venue. When I contacted ParkWhiz to ask for the parking to be changed or refunded, I was told that all sales are final and no refund would be issued. I was also told that the parking that they were assigned is the parking that they will receive.
I’ve asked to speak to a representative several times with no success.
To have my daughter and daughter-in-law walk 2 miles to a professional event is unacceptable.
I would caution people never to use this company. Their customer service is pathetic to say the least, and they certainly lack integrity.

This is not a legitimate app. I paid for parking and the code was not recognized as valid upon entering or leaving. This is a scam.

We were issued a full refund after escalating our concern to this and other complaint sites. Because of this I have changed my rating from 1 to 3.

This is our second experience with ParkWhiz. The first time we used the app it worked without a hitch. The second time we purchased parking for a show at the Majestic Theater in Detroit, the QR code did not work at the structure, the call button on the gate did not work, and when we called ParkWhiz, we could not get through to anyone. Luckily we were able to pay for parking, and see our show. On the way out at least three people were stuck at the exit gate because their QR codes would not let them out. When I complained via the app I was told I should have called them and even though we did and got no results, we have not received a response or refund.

Prepaid for a parking pass only to arrive at a full parking lot. We had purchased a ticket for a parking garage, but they instead sent us a pass for a tiny outdoor lot with no attendant. Had to pay to park at a different lot instead.
