I have used Partsworld-UK in the past and always had good service, so when I needed a replacement tailgate release for my Alfa Giulietta they were my first call. I checked on the website but there were a number of different options depending on year, so I called to confirm the correct item and spoke to Robert who was extremely helpful, and narrowed down the correct item for my car, ordered it and had it dispatched to me within 72 hours. Polite, efficient and reliable, all in all, highly recommended

2 cans of Selenia oil and a genuine filter safely delivered. A bit of a delay with Royal Mail but I guess thats the Christmas effect!
It was like Christmas though with so much packaging to remove so 5 stars on ensuring the items arrived safely.

Used Partsworld-UK a few times now and always happy with their service. Prompt deliveries and fair prices.

Purchased some Abarth floor mats but when received the metal stud fixings were incompatible with the current plastic ones. They sell the metal fixings separately on the website where it states they are compatible with 2011 - 2014 models but my car is 2018. The mat advert doesn’t state this and the pictures give no clue to the fixing. Contacted the company for a paid return label but they didn’t want to know. You judge a company on how complaints are dealt with and Partsworld have clearly shown their true colours. Will make sure everyone I know doesn’t touch the with a barge pole
