Purchased some Abarth floor mats but when received the metal stud fixings were incompatible with the current plastic ones. They sell the metal fixings separately on the website where it states they are compatible with 2011 - 2014 models but my car is 2018. The mat advert doesn’t state this and the pictures give no clue to the fixing. Contacted the company for a paid return label but they didn’t want to know. You judge a company on how complaints are dealt with and Partsworld have clearly shown their true colours. Will make sure everyone I know doesn’t touch the with a barge pole
