Did not receive the other half of my order made attmps to contact no reply

They are great except you sent me 2 right and not a right and a left like I ordered.

Never received my package

Did not like the mesh backing of the brace. It was loose and hung low when trying to wrap the straps. I was not happy and actually sent an email asking to return the product, but have not heard back from the company.

Haven’t received it yet

Placed a order and was told out of stock even though they took my money, wrote many many emails asking when "in stock" they said soon , months went past still nothing so asked for my money back or was going to consumer rights because this is a scam , they said no we are not luckily refunded my money
DEFINITELY DO NOT USE ,WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER GET YOUR ORDER ITS A SCAM

This company is a SCAM.
Ordered products in December and nothing ever arrived. Sent over 10 emails, contacted them via their Insta account and Facebook account too and never got a response.
Websites also disappeared and went off line for a while when the bad comments built up on social media.
Website now reinstated no doubt to scam other folk out of their money and all negative comments keep getting deleted.
Absolutely zero way of trying to locate them as they hide all contact info with links that don’t work on their website.
Luckily I got my money back through PayPal.

SCAM DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY. YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK! Customer service non existent. Haven't replied once to my emails. Haven't sent me my knee braces either.

I ordered Nov 2024 from this company. I never received my parcel. It's now March 2025 and I'm still trying to get a refund. Customer service is shocking. Avoid this company.

UPDATE January 2926: One year after my order as placed, and after all the below explained unfortunate handling of the order from the seller's side, the seller company contacted me. I was surprised. However their customer service and marketing department contacted, apologized and sent my order. They were very polite and explained that they have since improved their respective departments and are willing to fix their mistake. Congrats to Patella plus for their improvement and thanks for sending my order. In addition I am happy with the product.
January 2025: I NEVER fully receive my order placed ( and paid) in November 2024! The order had 3 line items , yet some days later I received only one of them. I contacted their customer service per email for the rest two ( the knee braces) and they informed me ( again per email) that I would receive them close to the end of December 2024. I waited patiently . Early 2025 I recontacted asking for my order. They answered that is was sent and when I asked for the tracking number of the shipment, the communication stopped. I am devastated because I need the braces desperately. Sometime in January 2025 their site went off and I realized that there is a scam here. Also Amazon where their products are being sold had a comment that they are unavailable. Yet their official site recently reopened ( and Amazon is selling their products again!) and they dare send me emails to rate their products! The one I received is very good but the two knee braces , I just never received them !! And even though I still fill in their form and complaint about my order, placing all facts and proofs, they never contacted me to inform me of what happened or simply apologize. It is a deceiving company, not trustworthy.
