When I sat and thought about what I had committed to I realised what is offered is expensive and fees were taken before the work was finalised. I had advertised in a similar way previously and had no response so why I agreed to this I do not know. Not had any enquiries at all. This lack of response has definitely confirmed that this style of advertising does not work so I have learned yet another expensive lesson.

Patience services are a legitimate company, I am currently contracted with them, they deliver what they say they will do, a little bit slow with communication but that could be to do with being so busy.

I hadn’t seen the trust pilot reviews until I was invited by patient services, and at this point I was already signed up. After reading some of the reviews, I must admit I was a little concerned. However I am very impressed with the service I have been provided. They were very thorough, when it came to producing my advert, welcomed my every input, and guided me through every stage of the process. My advert was live within a week. More than happy, would highly recommend.

I had a man come and see me and told me that patient services will advertise my business at Ashford hospital. I was told I would have a huge banner up in the reception entrance along with business cards and flyers and also a 10 second video replaying on the screens in the waiting areas. This was in February 2020. We then went into lockdown and didn’t hear anything from them. I found out they were scamming people so I cancelled evrything. They keep trying to chase me for £2500 for a service they did not provide. They sent me a photo of a leaflet board with ONE very very small leaflet on there. It doesn’t show where this board is located and I contacted the hospital and they have no idea who patient services are and said that they don’t advertise aesthetics for the NHS. It’s all a big scam. They are still trying to chase me for the money. They have threatened me with debt recovery services. But I have proof that they didn’t provide me with any of the serviced that were promised. No one will pay £2500 for a poxy leaflet that is just insane! Patient services has also been on the mirror newspaper because they scammed someone else. Please type in google patient services daily mirror! You will see for yourself.

Please please don’t give them your money they are a fraudulent company targeting small businesses. Please do your research!

So far so good, recurved a phone call with regards to advertising in my local hospital
I arranged an appointment and a sales agent came to my place of work, The agent and advert did everything it said in the tin and managed to work around my advertising budget which was helpful at the time

Communication and initial results has been better than most advertising that i do, so i have decided to go ahead with an additional location, considering the price that i have paid for my Ad i’m looking forward to seeing some more positive results........

My advertisement in Huddersfield and Halifax was a quick turn around as I already had my videos, any amendments I needed were quick to be actioned. my entire experience was pleasant and painless.

I had a very pleasant experience with patient services, always quick to respond and very helpful. The artwork and signage was spot on!

The service was below standard, takes 4 weeks just to have an amendment done on ads.

Misleading approach from salesperson. Would not have signed if I'd have been given sufficient opportunity to read ALL of the small print. Relatively new in business so a lesson best learned sooner rather than later. No cooling off period. As a small independent business attempting to recover after the past two years I feel very stupid. Voiced my concerns directly and have had no response. Do not make the same mistake as me.

A truly awful company, used misleading sales tactics, told me my company had been picked by people inside the hospital, found to be completely not true. They are literally nothing to do with the NHS, you will receive no inquires as the boards are in awful places barley viewable. I own a gym which has struggled for years in the pandemic to then try and get new people in by investing in patient services and being completely let down, I have never been scammed like this in my life.

The NHS do NOT promote or allow promotion of services they don’t provide!! When was the last time the screen in your GP’s did that?
They aren’t allowed to! I have numerous friends who work in the hospital these people contacted me about and they said they had never seen any of these placements and when they checked with their manager it was confirmed that they wouldn’t have them in there! For infection control and they wouldn’t be allowed to recommend even with a stand with business cards!!
Do your research!

These people are the worst. TheNHS have no idea who they are. I was targeted by them as a small business owner. They are professional conmen and should be arrested by the looks of things here. Don’t believe the good reviews. They are obviously organised but very bad people. Glad to say i narrowly avoided being conned myself by checking their credentials with the people they say employ them. “Never heard of them”NHS Scotland

Despite a few minor issues, I am relatively happy with the service received from them.

I have read some of the other reviews on here, so I went and double checked at Preston Royal. My leaflets and card were where they said they were.

They send a salesman out and you agree a area in the hospital to advertise you agree knowing it will get the most exposure to find out it isn’t there and they make up excuses to say it’s not down to them it’s the hospital.
Not trustworthy at all.

These guys deliver the service you pay for.

Our company foolishly delayed payment, thinking it was a scam until we saw our wonderful advert, just as promised, in a community hospital. Very happy customer.

They are very accommodating and didn't charge us late fees which they should have.

Our latest campaign with Patient Services yeilded results quickly. I am thrilled to be able to measure results from a single investment. That simply doesn't happen with every marketing project, but it does with this one.

I don’t think this company is a scam but I would say buyer beware. Read ALL of the small print before signing up.
I have been sent a photo of my ad in situ now…. Although it’s not at a well suited site for my small business. I am assured that patient services will endeavour to move it!
Will I review my contract- no, definitely not.

I signed up for advertising just before Covid took hold.
I know there have been delays due to Covid but I now have photographic evidence that my add is in situ. Although I do feet and the ad is in a gynaecologist clinic…hopefully this is being looked into
Would I advertise with this company again - short answer is no.
For new, small businesses I’d say try your local parish magazine or leaflet drop.
