Used this company to advertise my business recently and was very pleased with the experience. All the staff I engaged with were courteous and polite, all costs and such were outlined clearly and the design dept worked with me to create an artwork aesthetic that I was truly happy with. Ads were then also up in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend for any advertising needs.

Everything was dealt with efficiently and the advertisment was exactly what I had in mind for my business. How they've managed to work with us during the global pandemic has really impressed me.

The delivery service was exceptional and i was shocked at how quick it arrived.

Patient Services have been fantastic to deal with from the moment I signed up to the delivery of my advert. We are really pleased with the outcome of our advertising and i would highly recommend them to other businesses.

I was a little concerned with the reviews after signing but my experience has been extremely positive. The company have been very helpful throughout COVID. They have worked very hard to ensure our artwork was correct and Emma was particularly helpful. Looking forward to working with them in 2021.

I have spoken with the lady who signed the contract at the NHS and had no idea about the bad reviews of this company. She said never would they want to be tied to a company like this. She will investigate

The Corona virus hasn't been helpful for anyone and when I tried to reach out, they were more than happy to help and even called me to update me on my concerns and status of the advertisement.
I have spoken to three members of staff, they are all very pleasant and helpful as well as quick to reach via phone.

SCAM!!!!!! Avoid at any cost. Advertising in your local hospital whilst Covid -19 is at a high level!!! Whose going to see the advert when no one is allowed to go for normal routine check ups!!!! Avoid at any cost.

Just received a call to advertsie my business at a local hospital by entering into a 24 months contract etc. and they will create banners etc and promote my business in local hospital. Beware of them, they are scam.

WARNING SCAMMED ON Friday 09/10/2020 £1560.00 paid Represented as James Paget University Hospital as a Project Manager, turned out to be a sales rep from this heinous company, no contracts found or known so far at the James Paget University Hospital. Got me to sign a contract I had no idea I was signing, this is null and void under the law BTW UNDER DURESS. Sent them an email requesting money back the CEO called me this morning which is really funny as CEOs do not make calls they have staff for that! Asked for a refund and he said NO and laughed at me I ended the call. My advice, do your research before you pay and don't let them in or advertise at the hospital in waiting rooms that are empty and will be empty for some time Targeted because of the Grants assumed provided by the Government luckily it did not come from them this is my money. They are scammers! They only demanding money, we have a whats app group in addition we have already started a Court proceeding against them. Please DO NOT believe in one single word from THEM.

Paid 650.40 specifically for an advert at the local BMI hospital in Enfield. Emailed to follow up on progress as they had not come back to me only to discover emails bouncing back as they appeared to have been blocked. Did further Google search for reviews and found the diabolical Trust Pilot reviews which enlightened me to this being a scam. Have requested documentary evidence of the alleged contract with BMI Hospital otherwise they should provide a refund. Deceptive, dishonest and deliberately misleading in a manner that is tantamount to fraudulent misrepresentation. Will also be reporting to police.

I thankfully managed to get a full refund via my credit card who were satisfied of the fraudulent nature of the transaction.

Do not be taken in by them implying they are phoning you from your local hospital.

This is an advertising scam. Avoid at all costs.

Complete scam. Avoid.

Claimed to be from "patient services" with the local hospital to con themselves into a meeting. Company is actually owned by Unique Advertising Limited.

Try to sell advertisement for TV screens in hospital waiting room. Unable to provide any images/documentation to prove these TVs will exist (no contracts with the hospital).

Having spoken to estates at the local hospital, no contract exists.

Their reps lie and deliberately mislead.

Reported to Action Fraud.
