Investigations for my Husband suspected cancer has been appalling apart from discovering a mass on his pancreas. All he’s received is two generated alarming letters and absolutely nothing else has been done This has gone on for weeks and absolutely nothing from the conquest . we are forced now to go down the private healthcare route which promises to do something at last.

They are professional and organised fraudulent company. They target small start ups, who are desperate to upscale their business, and set a meeting to discuss the opportunity. Later when you ask the representative to give you some time to decide they tell you that you need to decide then and there or else you loose the opportunity. The representative (in my case Phil Hamilton) came to visit and described the location where the display board would be and how so many patients and doctors would notice it everyday. But when I visited the hospital, I didn't find it there. It was rather tucked somewhere in a corner not even clearly visible.

I request to all small and big businesses to please stay away from such con companies and never entertain any such phone calls. I have learnt my lesson big time.

STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

They search for new startup business to manipulate through contractual obligations and threaten you when you want to leave.
They should be reported for fraudulent activity and misleading innocent, hardworking people into signing contracts where all their lies are hidden in fine print. The salesman also flies through the demo on the tablet and fails to explain anything throughly.

After thousands of pounds spent, you still can’t leave due to ridiculous cancellation policies.

Slow to access account and just crashes once you try and access prescriptions. Absolutely useless site!

They claimed they worked with the NHS Bedford Hospital. That they will set up advertising boards for our services. Recieved 0 leads in the 2 years they were supposedly advertising for us. Nobody at the hospital has ever seen our brand advertised there. Then we receive an invoice for another 2 years that we cannot cancel due to the fact that they have auto renewal whereby you need to cancel 18 months in advance! Chased by debt collectors for the amount knowing that we paid them over 4k for absolutely nothing. For a small business it is very harmful. Now seeing all of these reviews with all similar experiences, i cannot believe they are allowed to operate like this

Absolute shower of conning scam artists, same as all the below, 2 year contract came up, no business from it and we get whacked with a bill at £2880.00 as we didn't cancel the "auto renewal" which was buried in there, at no point were we contacted by the company to inform us of the "point of no return, auto renewal date", shambolic to say the least.

Stuck in a rolling contract that required 18 months notice to end the agreement. None of this was made clear at the start of the agreement. Pressured to sign up on the day 2 years ago and now we are stuck with them for a further 2 years. Difficult to deal with and very unhelpful. We are a small business and feel totally taken advantage of. Very expensive - avoid at all costs

We were sold on the promise that the advertising spot was ours once paid untill we didn't need it anymore

Then today received an email with an invoice for over £3k then was told it was to late to opt out and of we did want to opt out for the next time it has to be done within 18month and by recorded mail 🤣🤣

Avoid at all costs anyone else dealing with these con men and who has any luck please get in touch

Dont touch them, once you sign up with them they just forget you, none of the promises came true, result no biz came from it, after spending £1500, then the ice on the scam cake...bloody auto renew for another 12 months didnt see the small print, and the rep never mention it.

They have stolen over £3000 of my hard earned money - you can’t even get hold of the team when you try and contact them and they ignore your emails. I have had no business from this and I don’t even think the advert exists. Disgusting company with no morals and they pose to be from the NHS!!!!! They are fraudulent, do not go anywhere near them.

Scammers and liars.
Sales pitch from Phil Hamilton claimed that they were working in partnership with the NHS, he even had the logo and the local hospital on his iPad. Subsequently they are now saying they are not.
Auto renewal never mentioned, told contract was for 2 years and could then cancel leaving me in control, the emails even say it! Ask to cancel told I can’t and trying to make me pay for another 2 year contract.

I have not had one enquiry from this so called campaign, and they have not delivered what I agreed and signed up to with Phil Hamilton.

They have lied and mis lead me and many others.
I am taking this up with my local hospital who are currently investigating and have reported them to Citizens Advice.

I wish not to say which home Care services I receive but I think it's disgusting that the Cares refer to my partner as Duckie, Sweet heart, lovely and Mate and I get real angry

As with the other reviews, which I wish I had read first, this company is a scam. I have been to the hospital, where my advert is supposed to be, and lo and behold I am unable to find it. I have asked this company for exact location, which they fail to supply. I have now received an invoice for a rolling contract, to renew for a further 24 months. I’ve never heard of such a contract, to cancel within 18 months, in writing by recorded delivery. As everyone else has said, a total scam, don’t waste your money, they do not deliver what they promise.

A deceptive and shady company operating under numerous names: Unique Advertising Ltd, Medical Communication Services, Patient Services, and likely others, to trick small businesses into spending lots of money and trap into rolling contracts. Do not sign contracts or give any money to this company.

I have been trying to access this app or the alternative NHS login for months and whenever I contact the IT support team I get either an automated response or a response that is somewhat generic. This has been very frustrating and still not resolved

Zero Star Review .... DO NOT SIGN ... Experience of this Company informs to believe that all the Bad Reviews are truthful, and the 5 star Reviews are fakes. On so many Review sites. Both, Direct Digital, and Multimedia Int. Services Ltd and also trading as The Community Network or Patient Services UK .

Very bad experience here, like many other ppl. Thinking back. I could cry ! Never again. Trying extorting money not owed. Harassment it is. Appalling.

Have nothing to do with them. Also true, they try to stop bad reviews, that are truth.

Convicted / fined $230,000 in Australia for this very "unconscionable conduct" and questionable trading standards / contract, following numerous customer complaints. See online ACCC report for details.

Biggest con artists ever. Unfortunately we did not notice the auto renewal after being completely pressured in our initial meeting to take the contract initially and they are now trying to take £4k from us!

No evidence of our company on the screen at Ealing Hospital and i am currently working with them to be able to provide a case against Patient Services!

Unfortunately, I can only reiterate all the previous comments with one star! scam company, nasty people, Absolute scammers, Bullies, didn’t do what they say, dreadful, underhand, sneaky way of doing business, Fraud, would give zero stars if I could, preying on small businesses, con artists & scammers, don’t believe the good reviews, do your research, terrible and rude service!

I’ve got to say the only things missing was a mask and a good steed called Black Bess, if Richard (Dick) Turpin was still alive today he would be the managing director of Patient Services.

Patient services are a scam company who specialise in targeting small businesses, unless they agree to fully reimburse all their scam victims, every single contract they have for advertising space will be contacted and maximum possible pressure applied to end their contacts with this grossly unethical and border line criminal company. The ending of this scam is beginning and all involved will be publically named and shamed. No more hiding behind gray area corporate law for a cheap shot at easy money.
