Brilliant showroom with an amazing selection of beautiful, contemporary pieces. The delivery was on time and their tracking system is excellent - you know exactly when it will arrive.

Ordered a 4 Seasons Outdoor Belair Garden dining table which was promptly delivered by 2 of Pavilion Broadways own staff. The guys carried the heavy items to my back garden for me to assemble and were very helpful. I contacted Pavilion Broadway for some information relating to my purchase and was greeted by a very friendly South African lady (Taryn) who promptly answered all my questions, now I'm sitting back in the sunshine admiring my great looking garden table & chairs and well done to Pavilion Broadway.

Electric recliner leather chair. Bought this product in May. At MY REQUEST they held it and delivered in October.
Scott and James delivered my chair, they put the chair together they ensured the electrics were working, they took the packaging away. Both were charming and considerate of my property.

We have just had 4 pieces of furniture delivered by Scott and James. Fantastic service! Nothing was too much trouble. Their patience and care in manoeuvring around our old farmhouse hall and stairs were exemplary. If you had a 6 star rating, they would be worthy of it!

I am really pleased with my sofa. The staff were excellent at delivering exactly when I needed it. I got a tracking email first thing although this didn’t update during the morning, which would’ve been helpful.

Scott and James who delivered it were absolutely fantastic. They checked exactly how and where I wanted it. Plumped all the cushions and even took their shoes off without me asking. I couldn’t have been more impressed with their professionalism and friendliness.

We had looked at the website and saw three sofas that we were interested in purchasing. We arrived in store and couldn't see any of them. I asked a lady behind a desk and was told she was busy so wait and she would speak to me when she had finished. About 5 minutes later she looked up from her computer screen. I asked about the three sofas, two were in stock but in the warehouse, if I wanted to see them I had to purchase them, go to the warehouse and I could look at a bit of it because they were in a box,if I didn't like it she would refund me, the third sofa had an 18 week lead time so I couldn't see it. She was very dismissive of me and I believe judged me as unable to afford any of them! How wrong, I have better things to do with my life than waste any of it unnecessarily looking at sofas!
