Paid £24 for a chat !!! Vet was not able to do a prescription as advertised. Very angry at the false advertising and waste of my time.

Was in the wait que for an hour. When I did get on it disconnected as I went to take a picture for the vet. 24/7 is false advertising. Vet probably could have warned me that taking a picture would cause the call to fail.

Terrible service. I was worried about my pet and paid £24 for a consultation. Just as I paid the website crashed. I received email and receipts to say I’d paid. Logged back in. No record of my payment or appointment. Emailed several times but no response. So much for a 24 hour service. I now request a full refund!

I was feeling extremely anxious when my toy poodle experienced distressing problems pooing after being spayed. The online vet, Elizabeth, calmed me down and took time to go through lots of health checks before giving me great advice. Bonnie was back to normal in no time and I’m so impressed with PawSquad 🐾

We have a complementary subscription through our regular vet's care plan. Our cat got sick on a Sunday and we didn't know whether we should be driving to emergency out-of-hours hospital. We got a video-consultation within minutes and the vet was very thorough. She watched for heart-beat/breathing and with her guidance we tested for hydration of skin and gums. Ultimately she helped us decide to wait till the morning and go to our regular vet. Our cat's condition improved over-night and we took him to see the vet on the Monday.
I got the sense that the online vet was thorough and would air on the side of caution. If our cat's condition has worsened then we would have taken him to the hospital but her judgment call was sound and the video call probably saved us several hundred pounds.
I think PawSquad is an absolute asset and perfect for those times when you might not know what to do - incredibly reassuring and helpful.
Friendly & knowledgeable on line pet advice
Contacted pawsquad via on line chat, as it was 5am & my partner was sleeping. Vet I chatted with, was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with.
Also received an after chat report as well as a follow up email asking if my pet was ok and not to hesitate getting in back in contact, thought this was a really nice touch.

Don’t normally leave reviews but I think credit where credit is due. Blue was sick while on holiday in wales. She has a local vet here as well but obviously she got ill on a bank holiday, Murphy’s law. Anyway I was in the process of calling the vets emergency contact and found this service. Some illness are obviously emergency but this service fills the gap of is it isn’t it. I was in contact thought the full day and night they were excellent and reassuring via chat app. They monitored blue all day asking for videos and updates every couple of hours. Excellent service will definitely if needed use again in first instance, even at home

Immediate response by vet. I requested a video call which is what I got straight away. My dog had a puncture wound from a tic and we were in a remote part of Wales on holiday. The vet was calming and immediately put me at ease, telling me how to proceed. I rang again the following day and had a different vet but same high standard of care. I am extremely impressed with PawSquad.

Waste of money
Would not recommend to anyone. They took money first, even though they ask to describe the issue before you get in contact with the vet. If they would review this before, they could let people know, that they are not able to advise. But no. They take the money first to say, we can't help you, go to the vet. I feel that money was taken out of my pocket for no service provided. Very disappointed!!!!!

Excellent service
Excellent service! The is included in my pet health club membership and it provides so much peace of mind knowing that I can call a vet any time of the day. Tonight, my dog was throwing up and I was concerned, 60 seconds in the waiting room and I was out through to a lovely vet who checked my dog over and gave me advice. They also had me call back later to check on my dog. Excellent service and saved me the cost of an out of hours vet visit!

We had an emergency with our dog on a Sunday afternoon when she became lame, and so used the 24 hour speak to a vet service.
Using the app we entered our dogs details and nature of the injury. Uploaded a photo and then hit the call button. We were second in the queue and were put through in less than 5mins. The vet was very caring, considerate and knowledgeable. She calmed our fears and gave us information on how to treat our dog.
