Ordered 7 items of furniture from Payless. They arrived within the 2 hour slot, on day 3 as was quoted. I broke one catch during assembly. This was replaced free of charge by Payless. The same furniture was on sale by 2 other on-line companies, at higher prices. I shall certainly use Payless again, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

As we have never purchased furniture online we were a little apprehensive as to what this ottoman would be like, when we opened the box we were pleasantly surprised. The finish of the ottoman was very good and it was very easy to assemble. The only drawback was that arm that is supposed to hold up the lid, is not strong enough to do it.

My order of bedside cabinets was delivered within 48 hours and I am delighted with them.

I couldn't believe how quickly the chest of drawers where delivered and they are such good quality I love them and much cheaper than other web sites selling same furniture can't say how pleased I am

Items arrived within days of placing the order. Good quality materials. Instructions are pictures only (no written directions) which can lead to making up in the wrong order if not followed exactly - but all flat pack furniture is the same in this respect. Would recommend this company without any reservations.

I have had many items of flat pack furniture from various manufacturers and suppliers but none went together as well as the Richmond wardrobe from Payless Furniture. One hinge was missing and was replaced promptly. Delivery was ahead of schedule. Great to deal with people who actually run the business rather than a member of a 'customer care team'.
Will definitely use them again if I need other items and would recommend them unreservedly
