Amazing idea
Amazing idea, more people will get their car serviced knowing they can spread the cost. If there's something extra that needs to be done they will have the money to cover it because of this option.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been unhappy with your experience. However, we would like to clarify the circumstances outlined in your review.
We receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails each day and do our best to respond to all customer queries as promptly as possible. Our records show that you called us on Friday 28th August and spoke with a member of our team. During this conversation, you were advised that your subscription needed to be cancelled directly with EMaC, and our colleague transferred you through to them.
The subscription is a monthly renewing policy and, as explained during the call, it remains active unless it is cancelled. We have since received confirmation that your policy has been cancelled, with the cancellation taking effect on Sunday 30th August.
We’re therefore sorry that you feel you were unable to contact us, as our records show that we did speak with you and provided the relevant information to resolve the matter.
