Used the facility twice within a few days to pay for car service and the work then required. All done on the mobile in literally 2 or 3 minutes. Super easy, will use again.

Really good service and cuatomer…
Really good service and cuatomer service is very good i always gwt my problem solved and they pick up phone calls and responds to emails really fast, faster than anything else. Always have my problem solved any time any day. Helped me pay for my garage fee that was huge £221 each month now i have completed and it is well.

Active plans Declined...
I have had 2 plans with Pay Assist. 1 has been closed and paid, no missed payments. the other 1 is currently up to date and again, no missed payments. As a returning customer I wanted to get some work done to my car. But unfortunately they could not offer me anything? Which is strange considering I have had 1 previous plan, and 1 active plan all up to date on time and no missed payments. Because I have been declined I have to wait 3 months before I can try again... EVEN THOUGH I have an active plan with them. Not the best way to treat or help returning customers.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that we weren’t able to provide the finance you were looking for on this occasion.
Since 15 July, changes to FCA regulations mean that additional affordability checks are required when a customer applies for a new Buy Now, Pay Later agreement. These checks consider the information provided as part of the application, alongside the results of a soft credit search. They are conducted independently of the customer's previous payment history.
This means that having successfully completed a previous agreement, or having an existing agreement that is being maintained on time, does not guarantee that a new application will be approved. Unfortunately, we’re unable to override the outcome of these checks, even for returning customers with a good payment history.
