I didn't receive my ID cards for my dogs that I paid for. I ordered a few weeks ago. Said it would take 3-5 business days to come and it just says shipped but no tracking number was given to see where it is. I tried to get in contact with anyone to discuss this matter but I can't get through to anyone. But other than that I did receive my paperwork on time and they helped me with that. Hopefully someone reaches out soon or I get my cards, where ever they are.

I received the ESA letter, but it did not have my physical address on it. It had my post office box which when I filled out the information I put my physical address. I reached out to customer service two days ago still no answer still not fixed.

I am a male and in the paper it’s starts as Mr Lobrie but then you start calling me her throughout the rest of the paper. I need one showing that I am a male please.

I selected “Mr.” as my gender/title, but the paperwork I received uses female “her” pronouns. I cannot use this letter and want a refund.

My landlord has added another $300 fine to my rent for having my dog

I have reached out in regards to receiving the updated information for the letter to state my dogs name and breed information for the office personnel. Someone replied via email and asked all the questions and I responded but I still have not received any further documents to prevent my apartment from taking legal action

I needed a extra letter signed and they never got back to me

I have not received my ESA Letter that I ordered. I have already provided the information asked for. Now it has been way more than 48 hours since I placed my order. But I did not recieve anything as of yet. I communicated with two different staff memebers from PDS Center Ryan and Gail, left messages through the customer service, emailed the necessary inofrmation but no result. Very dissappointed in PDS Center. Please if you cannot provide me the ESA letter then refund my money. Otherwise please communicate clearly when am I goign to get the ESA Letter.

Overall I had a great experience.

The process was quick and easy and I received the decision almost instantly. The only thing I will say is that my letter addressed me as Mr.Jordan Ledford and the I was referred to as her, but other than that minor mistake it was great!!!!

Very quick turnaround! Provide me a safe, secure place to request a ESA letter. Team was sensitive with all follow up questions and provided me all documents needed the first time. Would highly recommend over and over.

Quick but I think it should have included a verification card free.

Emailed them to let them know I had to have it submitted by a certain time, which was within the 12 hour guarantee, I didn’t get it until 14 hours later past the guaranteed time, and past when i needed to have it submitted. I emailed them to let them know, and got a reply that stated “it’s from the time that you fill out the forms, and was sent right away”, which was also completely wrong considering I have the email that states when I filled out the forms, which was 14 hours prior. I know I won’t get a refund or partial refund since they seem difficult to work with/didn’t take accountability for missing the timeline, so i’m just out of money on both ends since i didn’t receive it within the guaranteed time. I’d recommend this website if you’re not in a time crunch and expect to receive your letter within the time they promise they’ll send it! Also double check your letter because mine was sent with an incorrect address and wrong use of pronouns!
