Terrible experience. The renewal process is still incomplete. Per the website, 24hr email with paperwork via email. I didn’t receive it and I had to email them and then 6 days later I received it in the email with the wrong last name. I never received the hard paper copies which they were supposed to mail with tracking info. Also ordered an ESA ID 40834 the same time as the renewal documents on January 25th and we are now in the ending of February and they have still not submitted order nor tracking number. I have emailed them more than 4x and still ID not delivered. I called the customer service number and the person said they only answer by email. They don’t offer refunds. Frustrating company to work with, lack of communication, and incomplete orders.

Really wanted to give this company 1 star, but we did get the certificate. Eventually. Their website states 12 hours or less or it's free. It took over 24 hours, and when I asked for a refund, per their own policy, they were argumentative and would not honor their claim.

I canceled this immediately after sending it in and discovered it would not be done for hours. I emailed and called.

Got the letter pretty quick, but they put in the wrong name and suffix. I replied to the email we will see how fast I get a respond or the notice fixed.

First off thank you! Everything came as described! However, I have one small issue. The letter was intended for my girlfriends cat. I mistakenly put my name on the letter as the intended recipient. This would not be an issue normally, but my name is not on the lease for the apt. Is there any way I could get another copy with a name change? The address and everything else would be the same. Thank you.

The letter generation speed is very good but the patient name is wrong. The name I entered in the patient form is different from what is showing in the letter. How should I fix it?

I’ve had my services with PDSC and the customer service, speed and responsiveness is amazing. We were in urgent need to have our renewal processed and even on a Sunday the team was responsive and able to turn it around in a matter of an hour. Incredible

My letter was rejected from my condo association.
I have requested a refund, as advertised on their website, and have been ignored. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this site. Waste of time and money.
