Really friendly company
Really friendly company, luckily I haven’t had to make a claim but I have spoke to customer services today to update my bank details. The call was answered quickly and I spoke to a really friendly member of the team who helped me solve my query quickly efficiently and even with a touch of humour.

I rang up today due to an issue with a missed payment and I spoke to one of your representatives named Will.
It’s rare I complete surveys of my experience but I was very impressed with how Will handled my query and was so pleasant and understanding. He went above and beyond for me today and has diarised a call back to me in a couple of days to ensure everything is resolved. James was very helpful and polite he was knowledgeable and gave us options which was very useful.we wanted to increase the limit of our existing policy as we have found perfect pet very helpful in the past when we made a claim there was no fuss and they settled the vet bill promptly.only improvement needed would be to answer the phone quicker I had to wait 10 minutes before my call was answered.
