Deceitful shipping amounts
I was very discouraged when I ordered a wedding gift and thought I was paying $7.99 to expedite the shipping so it would arrive in 3 days. Upon looking at my receipt the next day, the charge was $27.99 and customer service would not do anything to assist with this $20 difference. Paying more than half the amount of the gift for shipping was ridiculous and I will no longer be using their site to order anything in the future. It is terrible practice to not be upfront about shipping costs, especially when shipping was that much. It was a $52 gift that quickly became closer to $100 after shipping and tax. Very disappointing as I have ordered several items in the past from this site. No one I talked to in customer service would help explain the discrepancy nor help fix it. Buyer beware!!

Family Tradition
Over the years, my sister and I have diligently put together a family, Christmas, evergreen "bough" that contains our family tree. It contains both of my parents, their 7 children, the spouses/partners of those who got married, their children, the spouses of those children and their children! The ornament I recently got from you, is for the youngest - born this past year. I believe that brings our total to 30! I can't wait to display it this holiday season! It arrived promptly, was perfect and looks great!

I ordered a personalized cookware 2 quart baking dish. It was delivered 6 days later, which I thought was fast, considering it was personalized and shipped out quick. It was heavier than I expected and larger than I expected. It was beautifully personalized and very well made. No Chips or cracks. It was a gift for my daughter and she loved it!
