I ordered two personalized “name” stools, but have only received one of them. I love the one that I received. I’m just hoping I get the other one soon.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive one of your stools and appreciate your review. Checking into this order, both items were shipped in August - a tracking number was provided; but we see that the second stool has yet to scan in. This is unusual, and although the item has passed our given warranty period, it's something we're happy to help resolve. Please email us at customercare@personalcreations.com and we'll gladly assist further. Thank you!
Love the size
Love the size. Got 2 for birthday gifts one that has already received and she loved it. Next gift is after Christmas but I know she will it also. Delivered faster than I expected so that was a plus.

Memorial stone
I bought a memorial stone for one if my dogs. The original one faded and I needed to replace it. This is perfect and I love it.

Deceitful shipping amounts
I was very discouraged when I ordered a wedding gift and thought I was paying $7.99 to expedite the shipping so it would arrive in 3 days. Upon looking at my receipt the next day, the charge was $27.99 and customer service would not do anything to assist with this $20 difference. Paying more than half the amount of the gift for shipping was ridiculous and I will no longer be using their site to order anything in the future. It is terrible practice to not be upfront about shipping costs, especially when shipping was that much. It was a $52 gift that quickly became closer to $100 after shipping and tax. Very disappointing as I have ordered several items in the past from this site. No one I talked to in customer service would help explain the discrepancy nor help fix it. Buyer beware!!

We are sorry to hear of any confusion regarding the pricing for shipping, Stacey, and appreciate your review. Please do note that the upgraded shipping charge will always come at additional fees - standard shipping is variable, and any upgrades will be added to this as expedited options are a flat rate fee. Your order summary will display each and every cost associated with the order, before checking out, and after the address is inputted. Order confirmation is possible only after this total has been calculated, and displayed. We did check into a resolution to this order, however, the chat with our agent was ended on your end before we were able to respond to you. We're happy to review this if the shipping charge has created issue - please email us at customercare@personalcreations.com and we'll gladly assist. Thank you.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent order, Peter, and appreciate your review. Checking into this order, it does appear that the original photo submitted was quite blurry, and out of focus. All orders are printed just as they are submitted to our team - as the image itself was in motion and blurry, the banner printed in the same way. We are happy to help provide a resolution; please email us at socialcare@planetart.com and we'll gladly check into some options for your order. Thank you.
