Good customer service, disappointing coverage
Rosie was great on the phone - very helpful and friendly. I wish the coverage paid more than 50% but apparently that has been discontinued. That was very disappointing and if I didn't already have other animals with Nationwide I might have gotten coverage elsewhere.
