Total scam. They continue billing without any prior notice of renewal and refuse refunds.

Can I give it a ZERO? What a scam. Sign up for a free trial, try to cancel and there's no chance. $39.98 a month. When you log on, and finally get to your subscription and try to cancel, it says "Unable to Process. Try Again Later."

DO NOT SIGN UP - I’m STILL having £30 taken out of my bank WEEKLY & they won’t stop my subscription. I’ve emailed & no response! It’s theft!!

The product is not only rubbish, but the company then took subscription money from my account after I cancelled it. I followed all the necessary steps to cancel my subscription; steps which are made very difficult to identify, which no doubt helps them avoid losing customers after the free trial. And yet still they took money and refused to engage with me to sort out the issue. Scammers.

I should never have given these SCAM ARTISTS my card details!! Have never been able to login and two payments of $69 have come out in last two weeks. I have contacted them several times demanding refund and advised my bank. These guys need shutting down.

Dreadful. Signed up for a free trial , disliked the app ,and unable to cancel. Continue to take money from my account ($60!!) despite emailing to cancel and being offering refunds. Now on my third month and have had to report it to the bank. Do not sign up for this. It’s a scam

Nunca consegui utilizar por faltarem uns codigos que nunca forneceram. Prometeram reembolso mas foram sempre adiando. Ha mais de 2 meses.

Pixtuner have also charged me three times for the app on 15 16, and 17th of January and I still don't have the app (pixtuner) !!!!!

Completely fraudulent. They set me up with multiple accounts, took multiple payments, offered refunds and then took more payments again on top. Complete scam.

This company is fraudulent and will double charge you for two accounts even if you cancel. Stay away

Be very careful! even after cancellation, they may continue charging you, and getting your money back is extremely difficult.
The payments were taken without my consent. I contacted support multiple times, but they kept delaying the process with generic responses.

I tried this app thinking I was signing up for a one-week free trial. The trial was supposed to last a week, and then I’d be charged £7.99 if I wanted to continue.

Instead, I was charged £7.99 within just three days, with no warning, and then charged £29, followed by another £30 — over £60 total. I only used the app for three days.

Since then, I’ve been contacting their support (Mila) for about a month, and they kept promising refunds, but I’ve received nothing.

This feels like a misleading trial and unauthorised charges. I now have to contact my bank to try to get my money back.

Do not download this app. Be careful — the trial terms are not honoured and getting refunds is a nightmare.

This is a scam- same situation as most in most reviews , after unsubscription company Pixtuner keep withdrawing money from card.

SCAM. They just want your card number to continue to take money from you.

1 STAR for the SCAM and 1 STAR for the REFUND.
We are from Ukraine. And everyday we need money for our war life.

We had the situation with 2 subscriptions and they withdraw 40 dollars for second subscription which we didn't know until money paid.

At first we wrote email to our bank to cancel payment because of SCAM operation.

(I received letters from this email address)

I wrote mail to this support email. They wrote that they know about our situation and gave information to the financial department.

I wrote the letter in that way:

"Good afternoon. Please, make a moneyback of Order ID: HRD-1AEA-202512-360418.
I didn't agree with the quality of your app, but your company made a payment from my wife's card. The Amount is 39.98$.

I wait for a fast response from you."

After that I wrote 40 emails and ask about my wife's money and situation with refund.
After long email conversation from 26th December 2025 till today 7th January 2026, we received the refund.
Finally we got 40 dollars back today at 7th January 2026 in the morning. It's a great news from my wife!
The main point that we made a new bank card after this scam. The old one was closed by us at the beggining... Ukrainians banks make new virtual card very fast...

Try to take your money back as we did it!

They are scammers - extremely poor quality product but high charges and they start two subscriptions instead of 1! There are many better options! DO NOT USE THEM!

This is a scam. Don’t start the free trial it doesn’t work and when it automatically charges you fees good luck trying to cancel. I got no response until I mentioned I contacted my bank. They ignored my emails and no refund was given. Stay far away from this company!
